While the provided reviews highlight the quality of care and the availability of services, a detailed list isn't explicitly mentioned. However, based on the name "Clinic & Hospital," it is reasonable to infer that WECH provides a broad spectrum of veterinary services, likely including routine wellness examinations, preventative medicine, vaccinations, parasite control, lameness evaluations, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, surgical procedures, and emergency care. The mention of a "procedure" in one review suggests that they are equipped to handle more than just routine check-ups.
One of the key features of Wisconsin Equine Clinic & Hospital, as emphasized by a satisfied client, is their ability to schedule appointments quickly. Apr 09, 2025 · Ashley WilhornI have used WEC for over 25 years and can honestly say, I always feel confident they have my equine family members first and foremost. They have always been available, honest and included me in treatment options. Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do to keep everyone healthy!
Oct 30, 2024 · Jodi TweedenThey were amazing here. We were referred originally to UW Madison, but unfortunately they couldn’t take our horse due to being full. Luckily WEC was able to take our sweet boy and gave him the best care. Unfortunately we did have to put him down, but they did all that they could and made us feel very comfortable through the whole procedure. Definitely would recommend them if you need any type of Equine care.
Sep 23, 2024 · Christine CeroniLeah is fantastic. I had a gelding who seemed like he was starting to struggle with his workload. She came out and did a full musculoskeletal exam and injections. She was incredibly professional and helpful. She talked me through everything she saw and was doing and offered me suggestions and options for treatment. I am very happy with the care I received. Their rates are incredibly competitive as well. The invoice came out significantly lower than I had anticipated.
Sep 20, 2023 · Emma SandersonDr. Leah Sigmon is so patient and great with my horses. My mare is a 5 y/o BLM mustang and very nervous around strangers, and sometimes my gelding can be resistant with care. Dr. Sigmon doesn't make a big deal about any of this, she's probably the first vet I've ever had that just makes light of it instead of acting like horses should be perfect angels in every situation they are put into. She also gives solid advice and hasn't tried to coerce me into any treatments or investments that might not be worth it for my needs. Overall she is really accommodating to horse's individuality, and it is greatly appreciated.
