I am new to this vet clinic within the past month. It is small and the location is a little hard to find (at first), but those are not really issues for me. Their new vet, Dr. Michelle Metcalf, has been taking care of my animals for the past 15+ years. I use this clinic because of her obvious expertise, thoroughness and compassion. The front desk personnel are also friendly and always call me when meds are ready for pick up or to check up on my animals.

Exceptional care and bedside manner. It feels good to have 100% trust in your pet’s Dr.

If your pet is great with chaotic vet environments, then they will do fine here, but if you have a shy or anxious pet, look elsewhere. My dog left traumatized and skiddish after our last visit due to mishandling. She is admittedly a shy dog but has done well with previous visits. This time, with a new vet and vet tech, she was so "aggressive" they couldn't give her the vaccinations without a muzzle that they couldn't wrangle on her (never how a muzzle should ever be introduced) and finally sent me home with sedatives to give her for her next visit. Their response was one of, "It happens with a lot of dogs," just medicate her and bring her back. No talk of working on behavior change, desensitization, or building trust...

My initial encounter with this facility was so POSITIVE. The whole team were so wonderful with my dog and communicated beautifully, especially Dr. Abrams! However, since he left the communication has been inconsistent and poor at best. The inconsistencies could have led issues with the medications my dog is receiving for pain. They demonstrated no responsibility and no desire to improve.
