I will say that these vets are great and have helped us. However I find it super pricey and most people just don't have $500 for bloodwork, hydration injection and antibiotic injection. That to me is very costly especially being a senior on social security. But Marmalade is back to herself

Regarding the environment of Willowood Acres Veterinary Clinic, one customer review mentions the "location" as a positive aspect. This suggests that the clinic's physical setting is convenient or otherwise appealing to at least one client. The review also praises the "friendliness" of the office and staff, indicating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. While there isn't a detailed description of the clinic's interior or facilities, the mention of friendliness suggests a client-focused and personable environment.

In terms of services, one review mentions bloodwork, hydration injection, and antibiotic injection as part of the treatment their pet, Marmalade, received. This indicates that the clinic offers diagnostic services like bloodwork and provides treatments such as injections. The fact that Marmalade "is back to herself" suggests that the treatment was effective, even if the cost was a concern for the reviewer. The second review also implies a range of services by stating they've "always had a great experience with this office & staff," suggesting they have utilized the clinic for various pet healthcare needs over time.

A significant point raised in the reviews is the cost of services. One reviewer explicitly found the prices to be "super pricey," particularly mentioning the $500 cost for bloodwork, hydration injection, and an antibiotic injection. This was a concern for a senior on social security, highlighting a potential perception that the clinic's services are on the higher end of the price spectrum. However, the second reviewer acknowledged that they were "a little sticker shocked" at a recent visit but ultimately felt that the "higher prices" were worth it due to the "location, knowledge & friendliness" of the staff. This reviewer also stated, "You get what you pay for & my fur babies are worth every penny!!" suggesting a belief that the quality of care justifies the cost.

Features of Willowood Acres Veterinary Clinic, based on the reviews, appear to include a convenient location (at least for some clients), knowledgeable staff, and a friendly atmosphere. The effectiveness of the treatment provided is also implied by Marmalade's recovery. However, the pricing is a notable aspect, with differing opinions among the reviewers regarding its value relative to the service provided.

Always had a great experience with this office & staff, the location, knowledge & friendliness is worth the higher prices (that others seem to complain about) to me, You get what you pay for & my fur babies are worth every penny!! I was a little sticker shocked at our recent visit, but everything 's gone up in prices every where. I haven't really gone any where else, so I am not sure how outrageous they are in comparison as some say, but as I stated, the location & friendliness is worth my time & money for my pet!

Everyone is amazing at Willowood! My pup is actually excited to pull into the parking lot and walk inside to get his loving from the staff.

Incredibly overpriced and more about the money than helping animals in my opinion. I knew something was fishy when I brought my Jack Russell in there for his first meet n greet with a vet and the bill was over 250 dollars and she also was kinda negotiating to see if I would pay the first really high amount so right there I knew something was up but I didn’t make a big deal out of it but it was weird because I never had a vet do that to me before. Everyone is super nice besides the receptionist. She comes off kinda rude all the times I been in there. I went there for a nail trim and I was charged 37 dollars and the first thing the receptionist says is “this isn’t pet smart” which is an insult to my old vets and any other vet who has trimmed my dogs nails for less than 20. My dogs past internal medicine doctor would take walk in nail trims from me and charge me 15 so to downgrade vets who’ve saved my dogs life that do nail trims is unprofessional. I can always tell the receptionist is annoyed that people come in without an appointment. There is such better ways to handle with costumers.
