I just love Willow Animal Hospital! While I also was devastated at the loss of Dr. Smith, the practice is still amazing. The vets and all the staff have taken great strides to keep the hospital running at the same level of quality and compassion that Dr. Smith expected and strived for. I have seen every vet there, including relief vets, and whether I had to bring one of my "bomb proof" pets or one of the reactive, difficult ones, they were treated perfectly. From the front desk staff, the techs, and the vets, I have never had a negative experience here.

Love how well they care for all my pups and how they remember which of my dogs have their quirks. I have one that is super unsure around new people and needs them to move slow with her, I have another one that she needs to sniff you first before just walking in the room and another that can get super mouthy. I work each of them through the visit to make the next one smoother and each vet and vet tech have helped make the process smooth and let me help with restraining my pups instead of making it more stressful for them. They are super busy and a smaller practice so you might have to wait a bit but they are super up front about everything and do their best to see each patient. So glad I've switched to them! Also, their exam rooms are huge compared to all other practices I've been to in my life as a pet owner. There is plenty of room for you, your pet and those helping to treat them. My pack of 5, my kid and myself plus the vet and tech still had room to move around the room during their visit. And not all are small! 30lbs, 35lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, & 130lbs is a LOT of dog! The pic is only about half of the room.

Willow Animal Hospital is lacking since the loss of Dr. Smith. He would be so very disappointed in the way the level of care & consideration has changed...that man put his heart & soul into every animal that entered those doors and the animals well being, treatment, and care ALWAYS came first...pricey, but WAS well worth it. I understand (@Willow as a whole/business) it was a significant loss that Dr. Smith was called home before his time and even more so for his family. Those of us as pet owners that were fortunate enough to call him our Vet would've have followed him anywhere so we decided to stay with Willow (shoutout to some of the Vet Techs/front desk) but after two very unimpressive cold visits from the lead Vet we will not be going back. Understandably its big shoes to fill, but they worked together for some time ( Dr. Smith & "Dr". k) and he (clients) would expect better. Bedside manor matters whether it's your children or your 4 legged kids period.

All of the staff we have met are great! Our dog has always been nervous going to the vet. I'm so glad we found Willow animal hospital. Today she was wagging her tail as we walked in! I also feel like their prices are much better than other vets.

We can't express enough gratitude to the entire team at Willow Animal Hospital! They have been a constant source of love, care, and compassion for my fur babies. From the moment we stepped into their hospital, they treated my chihuahuas with kindness, gentle hands, and genuine love. Their dedication to providing top-notch care is evident in everything they do. But what truly sets them apart is their empathy and support during difficult times. When our 9-month-old puppy, Charly, passed away, they offered us relief and comfort, going above and beyond to ensure we felt supported. The beautiful card they sent us was the cherry on top - it showed they genuinely cared about our loss and were thinking of us. If you're looking for a veterinary hospital that treats your pets like family, look no further than Willow Animal Hospital. They deserve all the stars in the world! Thank you, Willow Animal Hospital, for being an angel to us and our fur babies.
