this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came to this vet scared because my bunny look very sick. I was told he had an infection in his stomach and just needed antibiotics by the time I got home aMy bunny had a seizure and died in front of me trying to get a refund and everything was a very hard process.

Dr. Bouzaout and staff are always helpful and friendly. I've taken my guinea pig multiple times and Dr. B. always diagnoses quickly and accurately. Prices are fair and competitive for the area. I'm thankful to him and his team for their compassion and care. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for a good primary vet for about a year now for my two cats, a lot of vets in the Lehigh Valley are very over priced & only care about the money. I had an emergency situation with my one baby, & they went above & beyond even when they were out of office. He’s doing so much better, thanks to these amazing people that work here. The front desk staff are so kind, patient, & caring. The vet has great knowledge & truly cares for his patients, on top of it they are extremely affordable. I cannot stress enough how amazing my experience has been every time I’ve been in. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you are currently looking for a vet, I would definitely recommend William Penn Vet Hospital!

I had concerns about my cat's teeth he seemed to have trouble eating and was sensitive when I touched around his mouth, they told me they didn't see anything wrong. Then they ran a bunch of extra tests and Xray's and still couldn't find any answers thousands of dollars later. I took him to another vet they found he had gum disease and a chipped tooth and has stage 2 kidney disease HOW THIS VET COULD HAVE MISSED IT I DONT KNOW. PLEASE take your pets anywhere else they obviously love to overcharge and couldn't care less about your pets.
