I am severely distraught, overwhelmed and honestly so upset. I took my sweet baby (puppy) to Westgate, previously I called about an appointment and set one up with the receptionist. Once I arrive , I'll say we got in there fairly quick but when he told me to get her out he was very fast paced, like he was in a hurry, mind you'll they close at 5pm, I arrived at 4:45pm. So they scheduled me at the end of everyone's shift which was fine , the whole point is My PUPPY WAS GIVEN NO DIAGNOSIS. she had ZERO TESTS DONE. He gives her nutri cal and a nausea injection BUT NO DIAGNOSIS. we're talking about a 9 pound, 6 month old puppy. It's almost like they refused to give her any tests , cared more about the money then my puppy, so I did what I was told. To take her home and if she pukes to bring her back. I kid you not, she pukes before we left the lobby. He didn't explain this medicine had side effects.(The Nausea medicine he injected her with) It made her vomit , horribly. She was told not to eat for 12-24 HOURS. BUT NOT DIAGNOSED WITH ANYTHING. so she didn't even have her last meal either . She suffered and she is suffering now. So she is now fighting for her chance to live because you people refused to do the proper evaluation of my beautiful dog. I hope you're ashamed, and I am not happy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG OR ANY ANIMAL HERE. THEY'RE VERY NEGLECTFUL. This is my baby , and this is even how she looked when I took her to Westgate.

Jan 31, 2025 · Tepa Leilani WoodcockI realized my kitto had an ingrown nail/claw. I’ve never seen or heard of such a thing. I am from out of time, so I chose the closest Vet Hospital. I am extremely happy and grateful I chose this Vet. He was nice and tender. The staff were so welcoming and sweet. The technician managed to keep my sweet but anxious cat. Marble felt so comfortable with her. Not even a hiss or growl. Nothing she’s just enjoyed her touch. Thank you all for welcoming us and taking care of my kitto.
Apr 10, 2025 · Gio BeatoMy elderly baby dog was mauled by another dog last summer, and the doctors and staff at Westgate got us in quickly and treated us both kindly and fairly. They are not only affordable, but thorough and direct. Earlier this month it was apparent that her time had come to cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot express to you how grateful I am that they were there to assist us, but were so humane, caring, and patient even though we were the last clients of the day. I picked up her remains yesterday. One of the wonderful techs brought her out to me, and presented me with not only her ashes in a beautiful box, but they had also taken a stamped imprint of her paws and her snout. Again, they were so kind as I broke into sobs. Westgate has my gratitude, and my recommendation for anyone seeking great care for their beloved pets.
