Dr. Passilla is truly the best! She has been so incredibly patient & thorough with my energetic golden doodle. I’ve just discovered my boy has seasonal allergies that really aggravate his paws and cause him to bite and lick them. She has gone above and beyond trying to find a solution for this issue, taking time to call and brainstorm in between visits when I’m worrying. I really cannot say enough about her and her expertise. She is a brain! I’m soooo thankful to have found her!

My cat ended up hospitalized at the emergency vet over the weekend and they told me to follow up with my regular vet immediately upon discharge for further hospitalization. I called on the way over and they were able to fit my cat in with my usual vet (Dr.Brown) within a few minutes of arriving. Dr. Brown was wonderful, was very patient and understanding with explaining some surprising and new medical issues to me, and spent as long as I needed talking about management options without rushing me, even though they were short staffed. Dr. Brown was honest with me and told me she felt comfortable letting me take my cat back home instead of stressing her out further for additional diagnostics that weren’t really needed at this time, based on her examination and the results we had from the emergency vet. (She has always been really good about being patient and slow with my very nervous cat, even during her regular routine check ups). She said I could call back or come back in if I wanted to at any time, and went over in detail what to look out for. The emergency vet was pushing for a surgery for an unrelated issue that I was pretty skeptical about due to my cat’s new breathing issues, but I declined because I wanted to follow up with my regular vet first. I am glad I did wait, because Dr. Brown went over all of the details and options with me and so far my cat is doing well, no surgery needed. The technician was wonderful as well, super kind and empathetic. I was really anxious the entire time my cat was hospitalized and really nervous after leaving the emergency vet, but felt much better after seeing the staff here.

We have had multiple visits to this clinic and have had an amazing experience each and every time. They do not up charge for services not needed. Very transparent and fair with pricing. The staff is absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor and if you are ever in need of a veterinarian, this is the place to go!

This has been my dogs vet for a little while now and i love it. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. For the first time today we had Dr. Schrank and he was awesome, very caring. Really good with my dog! Thank you guys so much for always being there for our animals!

Dr. Nadler is AMAZING also every other vet we have seen here has been amazing too. We have been going to West Orange Vets for forever and we love them they have been with us through happy moments and sad moments. We have had emergency surgery to remove rocks my dog ate and they were amazing. When one of our bassets was diagnosed with cancer by helping with his cancer treatments to referring us to an amazing specialist. They truly care about your concerns and allow time for all your questions to be asked and heard. You can tell all their staff is dedicated to animals and love what they do!
