There aren’t adequate words to describe how phenomenal Dr. Taylor and his staff are. Compassionate, caring, attentive, responsive and sweet are just a few words to describe them. My pups are not afraid to go there and I could not ask for more kindness than they’ve shown. I have referred several other pup parents there and they all say the same thing. I’ve been to a lot of vets between NC, TX, CA and FL and Watsons is by far at the top of the list! Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff!!!❤️

We have visited twice now. Once for our oldest kitty who was sick and again to get both our Kitty and kitten their vaccines. Dr. Taylor and the complete staff are absolutely wonderful! They took time to really examine our kitties, explain everything, we felt rushed, and they made us feel like our pets were truly important to them. Our kitties surely made themselves quite comfortable in the office as well! I am so glad to have found their office so close to home and with such wonderful service!

I was so excited to get a veterinarian near me, never could I envision one so amazing. I would drive distances for Dr. Caroline Upwood. She is absolutely kind and radiates intelligent, care and compassion. Phenomenal asset to the profession. I was there for 2/4 of my dogs, to validate my concers and assess their end of life plan. Initially I got there and was assessed by Kristina K. She got the visit off to a good start. She asked informative questions, got to know the dogs and showed great enthusiasm for her job, such a joy to see someone who works at a job which clearly is her passion. She was able to summarize the situation well to Dr. Upwood making the visit easy and complete. What a phenomenal asset she is for the practice. The place is very clean, has complimentary drinks and the rooms are comfortably decorated and you can see happy painting of pets on the walls. There is also a great potty patch for sniffing and doing their business, do clean up after your dogs, it's the RIGHT thing to do. Please go an visit this location with your pets, you will be happy as will your babies. What a phenomenal asset to have a veterinarian like this in Palmetto.

I am so glad someone shared information about Dr. Taylor and his entire staff. They are all so wonderful with our babies. Personable, never in a rush - take the time to give you ALL the information you need. We have a special needs rescue kitten that he takes great interest and takes wonderful care of!

Had our first visit with Dr. Taylor for our super senior cat, Preston. And I can’t tell you how glad I am that he’s in our community. He took the time to review Preston’s records prior to the appointment and was so informative of what the plan is moving forward. The practice itself is lovely and all the staff is kind and just wonderful, you can tell that they have our furry family’s best interest at heart.
