I see a lot of hate on Lindsay, but I actually ask to speak with her because she knows my animals front and back and always makes the time to provide exceptional customer service. She is always so knowledgeable because of her personal and professional experiences, which I appreciate because our animals are our babies and to know that kind of love makes me trust who I take mine to. Lindsay, Mayci, and all the other staff members that work at WSVC are loved by our family. I highly suggest this vet as a hometown favorite. Nothing better than community minded people.

Staff could really use perhaps a couples courses in phone and customer service etiquette when speaking to care workers and patients on the phone. Namely, a Miss Lindsay, who spoke a tad rudely to me. Please remember to stay kind when speaking to others.

Lindsey is a very rude person and I would not even allow a flea to be cared for by her. Definitely do not recommend using this place because of her.

Lindsey needs a crash course on customer service and just being a nice human being all around. She’s disgustingly rude.
