Warner Vista Animal Hospital

I've been going to Warner Vista Animal Hospital for 7 years. I brought three dogs and a cat here for various reasons. They're always friendly and they really care about the animals. Dr Jake did my German Shepherds neuter, and he was fantastic all the doctors there are amazing.

I feel bamboozled by this place. I took my cat in for a urinary problem. While their I was told one of her teeth look bad and needed to be removed. I bring her for the procedure and they just did a cleaning. Told me nothing was wrong with her teeth. I wouldn't have put my cat through this for just a cleaning. I feel taken advantage of. I trusted the vet and they put my cat under anesthesia for nothing.

Very sad to see the turn this office has taken. Have been coming here for the better part of ten years and the quality of care has significantly diminished in the last year or so. Took dog here for an examination of a suspicious mass. Vet had him in the back for a very short amount of time and it felt like we were rushed out with a shrug and antibiotics. Vet mentioned next step was to get a sample under sedation. Second visit, same thing. Very short exam and a dismissive attitude to some extremely distraught and worried people. Told to put him on the surgery schedule and when asked about the previously mentioned sample, were told that it was suddenly not possible. We have since gone to Val Vista Animal Hospital and the treatment there was a complete 180; vets and tech all seemed very concerned and like they wanted to get to the bottom of it. Tech spent more time examining and taking a history in one visit than Warner Vista vet accomplished in two. Val Vista vet was very welcoming and open to all questions and concerns. She did her exam in the room with us. We didn't feel rushed or like we were overreacting at all. Not only did she suggest the sedation and sample, it was done during that visit for less than was quoted at Warner Vista. Long story short, sadly Warner Vista has lost my trust, particularly when compared to the treatment we received at Val Vista.

We love the staff at Warner Vista. They have been so supportive during happy and devastating appointments. Their competence, experience, and expertise shows in the care they give to the animal patients and the people that bring them. I have always felt cared for and valued as a customer and my pets were always treated like family. I highly recommend this clinic!

We have been taking our little darlings here ever since we been in Arizona. Tried another vet closer to home, but the drive to Warner Vista is more than worth it. They get us in lots of times next day. Sort of worried about one, Dr Jake knew what was wrong,what to do and within a couple days she's back to her old self. We won't even try the docs we drive by to get to Warner Vista
