Our girl has been a patient for 7 years since we rescued her. We adore all of the staff so much! Hands down best vet techs and support team you'll ever find. Dr. Mike is an amazing veterinarian. He takes time to listen and is very thorough with his exams and will make recommendations only as needed. He definitely isn't a "salesman" type of doctor! He keeps it real!

You will never regret taking your pet to Walbert Animal Hospital. Here you will find the nicest, the most understanding, the most professional people you can find. They are one hundred percent interested in doing the best for your pet. Most places only care about money. Here, it is the opposite. Their prices are very reasonable. There is no push to add extra services that you don't need. They treat your pet like it is family. There is never a rush to get you out. They take their time, and answer all your questions. Dr Finnelli is the best surgeon around. The staff are so friendly and caring.

I called them on Friday morning as the previous night, a sickly feral cat got into my house and I needed my indoor cat to be checked out in case the stray cat scratched/bit him. The receptionist on the phone was rude and made me feel foolish for calling to try to make an appointment to have him seen and to get a rabies shot. She said “if you didn’t see it injure your cat, why would you make an appointment”. (I had been at work when it happened and my cat has long hair so I was willing to pay to have the vet check him out.) I ended up going to a different place who was professional, empathetic and lovely. I will not be going back to Walbert Animal Hospital ever again.

First time I went there with my puppy Harley. Great staff and excellent Doctors. Took care of Harley's needs. Great prices for the service rendered.

Dr Finelli is hands down the most incredible veterinary doctor in Allentown. He’s honest and ethical hence why we’ve been with him for about 15 years. I specifically asked for him when calling to make my appointments.
