VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Did “save a spot” online. No sure what the purpose of this was as there were several clients ahead of me when I arrived at the time they opened. They were treated in order of arrival whether they registered or not. Second, I presented a coupon and it was not applied, I had to contact customer service. And while this location comes 1x monthly and had hours during my work hours preventing me to come in, I was about 19 days late to get the vaccines and was told to come back for boosters in a month, even though guidelines changed from vaccine every 3 yrs to yearly. Feel this would be too much.

So pleased with Petcare Wellness. I brought my new puppy in for 12 week vaccinations. The staff was knowledgeable, quick and caring. Because of my puppy's small size, they recommended less shots at once for him. I was glad of this. And the vet trimmed his nails quickly for us as well. It was a very positive experience for my little Mocha.

They gave my guinea pig a great check up. They did it in a timely matter as well being as I needed him for college. They’re very professional and you can tell they care for their animals. Would recommend them 100%. He was very happy afterward.

Each time Zelda and go to the clinic we have a good experience. My pup is a hugger and they always let her. She receives great treatment from the vet and the assistant every time. Everyone is always caring and they explain everything. Allergy cyto shot, ear infection treatment and distemper shot this visit. It nice to know this clinic is available for us. I just moved back to PA and we don’t have a regular vet as of yet. Thank you!!

Mid May, my cat Wednesday was very sick and I had very limited options on where to go for care. I found this clinic on google and gave it a shot. Dr. Kinter and her assistant were very attentive, able to give me a diagnosis, and offered the best care they could given her condition. I cannot thank them enough for doing that for me. Unfortunately Wednesday passed on 6/28/24 but I am glad I got help when i needed it the most. Thank you Dr Kinter for all that you done for me during this time.
