I had my first visit at VIP Animal Hospital, and I couldn’t be happier! After some bad experiences with my previous vet, I was searching for a new place, and my neighbor recommended this office i’ve definitely found my go to vet. The doctor was straightforward and no nonsense, which I can appreciate. He was thorough in his examination and even opted not to administer unnecessary vaccinations, showing me that he genuinely prioritizes his patients and pets well being over upselling services. The techs were incredibly caring, understanding, and kind, and the receptionist made me feel welcome. The pricing was more than fair, and I was in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend VIP Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate veterinary office.

We always have a positive experience coming here for the past several years. The doctor is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He can have a feisty personality but I really enjoy taking my pets there. They get great service in terms of the medical care they receive.

I called everyday Monday to Thursday to set up an appointment and no answer. Doesn’t matter the time I never get an answer or call back. I can’t even leave a voice message after the tone cause it automatically rings again with no answer. Walk ins are $50 I feel like that’s what they want you to do so they can get more money. They’re good but super unprofessional when it comes to answering the phone.

No matter how much I call to try to make an appointment since we can’t just walk in. They don’t pick up. I’m desperately trying to make an appointment for my dog to get blood work and other things done. The call just says they are closed due to holidays, but there is no holidays, 4th of July is just a one day holiday. The website says they are open but no answer or no call back. I left a my name and number in their voicemail about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This is very upsetting and unprofessional of them. VIP animal hospital Please call me back !!!!
