2 weeks ago my blue heeler wasn’t acting right. Turns out my guy has diabetes. I can’t thank Dr. Motto enough for her thoroughness and explaining the numbers to me. She was so helpful with my anxiety to this new diagnosis. I won’t go anywhere else for my fur babies care. Leo has also seen Dr. Flanders and he was just as kind and gentle too! We are very blessed with this awesome veterinary facility and doctors in Noblesville!

Simply the best of the best and so compassionate about your pets well being. The price has been a third less of what we use to pay for at VCA. My dog was having prostate issues and wasn't urinating, and when I mentioned I had travel later in the week, Dr. Flanders simply suggested they take care of him while I was away. Knowing he would be properly taken care of was a huge relief. The ENTIRE STAFF IS WONDERFULL AS WELL. Thanks to Dr. Motto as well - she's great as well.

Cat parent here, I just don't believe this vet has a true interest in small animals. Our experience bringing in a cat, Dr. Flanders, just didn't seem interested and our interactions were more with staff vs the vet. There seemed to always be an emergency farm animal in during appointments and he rushed in and out. I am not saying another animal in an emergency situation should not get attention but we never felt like a priority even for our short appointment. We found another practice who gave us better quality care and actually diagnosed us properly instead of just saying "oh it's a food allergy" & sent us on our way.

They were very helpful, great staff and reasonably priced. I decided to only take my lil girl to them.

VIP animal Care is the bomb. They helped me out with my dog Barney a few years ago had to have a surgery to remove a tumor that another vet was apprehensive to remove and really turned out to be a benign growth that had it been removed then we could have had much better results as far as quality of life for my dog. So I will be forever grateful and I bring my husky Niko there.
