I personally have never left a review, good nor bad. Not my kind of thing to waste time on. HOWEVER I am NOT impressed with staff at this clinic at all. Very bitchy attitude & unfriendly. Brought my dogs in for pre check to get neutered. Immediately started telling me they should get leg surgery and teeth pulled. they are 7 months old. I asked about an eye concern I had & got zero response on the one question I asked. Before leaving pre check I asked what balance I would be looking at for next visit and was quoted $285. per dog. Fast forward, I brought them in for their surgery and staff was not friendly. Barely said much, either. Then I go and pick them up & get told my bill is $760 dollars. I hand her a card & get a receipt with an amount of $825 ran. I said “there’s a fee for credit cards?” and she goes “yes” and I said “you weren’t going to tell me that?” and her response was “well I don't tell everyone”. As someone who has worked in customer service for 8 years, and being in the automotive industry, I have never not once told a customer that there is a credit card fee. MANY people change their form of payment when aware. I also feel it is common courtesy to make your guests aware BEFORE running the card. I am aware many places do charge a credit card fee, but I felt this was shitty customer service. Again, NOT impressed with this place, especially their staff. Will not be bringing any of my animals here again. Kindness goes a long ways & that is something they lack majorly.

Welcome to the introduction of Village Veterinary Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 103 Mutzy Ln, Bonduel, WI 54107, USA. Based on the available customer reviews, experiences with Village Veterinary Clinic appear to be contrasting. One customer expressed significant dissatisfaction, particularly with the attitude and unfriendliness of the staff. This reviewer brought their young dogs in for a pre-check for neutering and reported being immediately told the dogs needed leg surgery and teeth pulled, despite being only seven months old. They also mentioned receiving no response to a specific eye concern they raised. The financial aspect was also a point of contention, as the initial quote for the neutering surgery was $285 per dog, but the final bill amounted to $760 for both. Additionally, the customer was charged a credit card fee that was not disclosed beforehand, leading to a final charge of $825. This reviewer was "NOT impressed" with the clinic, especially the staff, and stated they would not be returning.

In contrast, another customer had a more positive experience, describing the people inside as "very caring." This reviewer shared a story about their two dogs, where one, Milo, underwent surgery but sadly did not survive due to old age. They felt the clinic was "very good to Milo." Their other dog, Sadie, apparently enters the clinic willingly, suggesting a positive association, possibly due to treats. This review highlights the caring nature of the staff and a potentially pet-friendly environment for some animals.

As a Pet Hospital, Village Veterinary Clinic likely offers a range of veterinary services. The mention of neutering and surgery indicates that they perform surgical procedures. The pre-check appointment suggests they also conduct initial evaluations and consultations. The discussion about potential leg surgery and teeth pulling implies they offer orthopedic and dental assessments and procedures. The caring attitude mentioned in one review suggests they also provide general medical care and support for pets and their owners during difficult times.

Regarding the environment of Village Veterinary Clinic, the conflicting reviews offer different perspectives. One suggests an unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere due to staff attitude and customer service issues. The other implies a caring environment where at least one dog feels comfortable enough to enter willingly. A typical pet hospital would include examination rooms, surgical facilities if surgeries are performed, and possibly areas for diagnostics and recovery. Without more information, it's hard to definitively describe the overall environment.

Features of Village Veterinary Clinic that can be inferred include the ability to perform surgical procedures like neutering and other more complex surgeries (implied by the discussion of leg surgery). They also offer dental care (teeth pulling). The staff includes individuals described as "very bitchy & unfriendly" by one customer and "very caring" by another, indicating a potential inconsistency in customer service experiences. The willingness of one dog to enter for treats suggests a pet-friendly aspect.

The provided information does not include any specific promotional details for Village Veterinary Clinic. Pet hospitals sometimes offer discounts for certain services or introductory offers for new clients. To find out if Village Veterinary Clinic has any current promotions, it would be best to contact them directly.

In summary, Village Veterinary Clinic in Bonduel, WI, is a Pet Hospital with contrasting customer feedback. One review raises significant concerns about staff attitude, communication regarding costs, and the handling of credit card fees. Conversely, another review praises the caring nature of the people working there. The clinic offers surgical services (including neutering and potentially more complex procedures), dental care, and general medical assessments. For local users, it's important to consider these differing experiences. If you are considering Village Veterinary Clinic for your pet's care, you may want to contact them directly to discuss their services, policies, and to form your own impression. Very caring people inside those walls. I had 2 dogs. Little Milo had surgery and didn't make it. They were very good to Milo, old age just worked against him. Sadie trots in the door without hesitation. She knows there are treats in there!

Outstanding! We needed to put a baby of ours to sleep. Which is never an easy thing to do. This would not be the first time we've had them put an animal down for us. Their compassion is ALWAYS MAGNIFICENT! They are all on the same level of understanding just how much these animals mean to all of us( I dealt w/3 ladies that day). Their prices are fair. Their office is very clean. After visiting another Vet offc. I decided to switch our remaining pup to this establishment due to the fact that I believe the other business is indirectly or directly responsible for the loss of my dog's life. Diane W.,Shawano
