They met her for the first time that day, and within 30 minutes, they dropped everything to perform the emergency surgery she desperately needed. It wasn’t just their skill that moved me—it was their humanity. Dr. Roberts sat with me in deep silence as I wrestled with the sorrow and fear of what my life would look like if Lola didn’t survive. In those quiet moments of prayer and despair, her presence was a reminder of grace and compassion when words could not reach me. Her team went above and beyond, performing the surgery after hours, with one of her staff staying overnight at the ER hospital to watch over Lola. They cared for her as if she were their own, ensuring every detail of her aftercare was perfect and giving me a chance to bring my baby girl home again. I will never forget their selflessness, their dedication, and the extraordinary care they gave to Lola—not just as a patient, but as a soul deeply loved by me. They didn’t just save her life; they gave me back a piece of my heart. Dr. Roberts and her team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a light in one of my darkest moments. Your kindness will stay with me forever.

So happy to have found this Vet/surgeon for our dogs. Such a friendly team. They performed a surgery for our dog and did such a great job and affordably as well, even less than the vet we were using before which moved away. Post surgery, our dog had an issue and they were able to squeeze us in and perform a small emergency fix despite already having a full schedule. So happy!

First experience with Dr Roberts and the office. Handsome office. Friendly staff. Dr Roberts took time to go over details and provide helpful information. No particular health issues today. The office chairs could be slightly cleaner. Considering the patients, I guess that’s the rub.

My dog was diagnosed with a malignant mast cell tumor, but thanks to Dr. Lucero at Village Animal Hospital, the surgery was a success and the tumor was completely removed. In short, my dog had cancer, and Dr. Lucero got rid of it. Truly deserving of a 5-star review.

Truly the best vetenarian in Georgia. I am on my third rescue. I have 2 dogs and one cat. Dr. Segarra and offuce staff are always available for emergencies and for routine care. I appreciate an office that answers the phone with a live person and that is 100% what I get at Village Animal Hospital. Dr. Segarra is such a kind soul so call her for all your pet needs.
