You can not go wrong here. Our Magnolia was a frequent visitor, the doctors (we met with multiple: Dr. Kleinmann, Dr. Drees and others) here are knowledgeable and helpful. Our Magnolia had her spay surgery done by Dr. Kleinmann when she was 11 months old- the doctor did such a great job that our puppy felt normal by day 3 after the surgery. I cannot even find the scar of it after two weeks. The doctors here are really considerate and trying to find the plan that suits best for both your fur babies’ need as well as your budget. I always ask for additional tests to ensure my doggies’ healthiness - doctors here always patiently explain the pros and cons so I could make a more rational decision. Everyone who works here seems to love animals from their heart - I highly recommend this hospital to all who want their fur babies to get best care!

I am a new cat parent, and I took her to Vienna Animal Hospital for the first time last week. From the moment I entered, the front staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also gave me great advice on how to get my cat in to her carrier with fewer issues. My appointment was with Dr. Collins. She was very thorough, patient, and compassionate. She answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me great alternatives to certain food or snack items as my little one is quite finicky. I am so happy with the care we received there. I highly recommend this clinic.

Really love Vienna Animal Hospital! I have been seeing the vets there for more than 15 years now. My 2 babies are so well looked after. Currently, Dr. Shaw is our primary doctor. She’s gentle and professional… I love that she explains everything in detail and I never feel rushed. The entire staff is friendly and the facility has a great system in place.

We have always had a positive experience at Vienna Animal Hospital. We have been seeing Dr. Shaw for a couple of years now, and she is always so kind, knowledgeable, and great at explaining things and making us feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her patients. We feel very well taken care of at VAH!

Dr Chafetz is absolutely the best! He has taken excellent care of our 2 cats over 10 years. Both cats were diagnosed with diabetes and he has been a saint guiding us with everything especially when there were critical illness issues and we had to go to a 24hr hospital. He works very hard and is super compassionate and caring. We were sad to move states but he still keeps in touch with us to see how our cats are doing. We have yet to find a vet like him.
