Vida Veterinary Urgent Care

We took our pup there who was sick. Everyone was kind, informative, and compassionate. Unfortunately our sweet girl crossed the rainbow bridge the next day. We received a sweet card in the mail. Would highly recommend them. It is not often in today's society you deal with people who are genuinely caring.

Vida Vet provided exceptional care for my dog. The staff was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining her diagnosis and care instructions. They even called the next day to check on her, which really impressed me. The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated that they didn’t push for expensive tests. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience!

Everyone was extremely nice and professional from the time as soon as I walked in with Holly, our cat, to the time we left. The Vet Techs were caring and thorough during the triage process. Our cat is 20 years old and has some health problems and is now losing her sight, and was not easy to work with, but the Techs understood that she was scared and were able to do what they had to. Dr Dean was very patient with Holly and was able to get a Blood pressure reading, which is not an easy task, and took her time in explaining to me what the best treatment plan she recommended. They called my Pharmacy and ordered her medications while I was still there, and I picked them up the same day. We started Holly’s Treatment Plan that night. She slept through the night and did eat her breakfast, and now she is resting comfortably. Because this is a Pet Urgent Care, you will pay more than a regular vet visit, but with the Care and Thoroughness that you will receive, it was well worth the cost. We started her treatment right away and did not have to wait the entire weekend. My Family is very pleased with Dr Dean and the Entire Staff. Joseph Kryston

**Update** Our sweet Ivan passed on 11/6/2024. We brought him back to Vida who provided us great comfort while he made his journey over the rainbow bridge. My husband and I again cannot thank the staff for everything they did for us. FIP is a horrible disease but they were with us every step of the way for his treatment and there is no other place we would have gone. We wish you were located closer to us but we’re thankful to of found you. **Original Post** Vida Vet is well worth the almost 2 hours my husband and I trekked to take care of our 5 month old kitten who was diagnosed with FIP (Feline infectious peritonitis). Walking in the door we were greeted by staff who warm, kind, and welcoming. While we waited we were offered beverages. We didn’t wait long before we got back into a room and they whisked our little Ivan away. Dr. Bussye was truly amazing. She listened to my concerns and we were able to come up with a treatment plan moving forward. Up until recently FIP was a terminal diagnosis for cats. There have been some advances in treatments and thanks to the team at Vida Vet our Ivan is on the road to recovery. It’s been almost a week of treatments now and his distended belly is smaller. He’s food drive is coming back. And his eyes have brightness to them again. We are hopeful but as this treatment is 84 days or 12 weeks we still have a long journey ahead of us. Big thanks again to everyone on Ivan’s care team and helping us get on this path to recovery for him.

Had to make an emergency visit on a Saturday with my cat and setting up the appointment online was an easy process. When I arrived for my appointment time, the staff was so welcoming as we walked in. From that point until discharge, everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Even though they were somewhat busy, they were never to busy to make sure we were properly taken care of every step of the way. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing veterinary urget care.
