I refuse to use Vetsource for my dog’s needs ever again. My dog was in an emergency situation where the treatment is a long term switch to a new prescription food. I accidentally ordered the wrong variety (same brand, just diet instead of low fat diet) since it was a new purchase. My vet didn’t catch it until after they’d approved the prescription request from Vetsource. They were closed when I got the text, but I contacted them as soon as they opened. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order and - get this - it’s not applicable for a refund or replace situation, even though the product hasn’t even shipped! They basically told me I need to flush $80 down the drain (after I spent THOUSANDS to save my dogs life) or choose to feed my dog food that could kill him or land him back in an emergency situation. $80 means nothing to this company, but they’re not even willing to let me return it (and be out of nothing!) and put me in a terrible position. They do not care about their customers and they do not care about dogs. Do yourself a favor and just go through Chewy. That 35% off an autoship order has screwed me over and has me trying to choose whether I need to spend the money to buy another bag of food to feed my dog or purchase groceries for myself this payday.

Their auto renew notice was flagged as SPAM and never viewed. We changed vets after moving and switched to the annual heart worm shot. They refused to accept a return on an unopened product. Thanks for $128 of nothing.
