Greeted by Allie upon arrival prior to opening hours and she immediately expressed genuine care and concern for our ill kitty. She escorted us into a room took vitals, history and went over & above to get lab work that was done few days earlier by another vet. Dr. Lon took over and explained everything and gave all options. Ultimately it was too late to save Lilo but the compassion and support given by entire staff was wonderful. Strongly recommend

Feb 10, 2025 · Paula Zielinskithe absolute most compassionate and caring emergency vet i have ever been to. My dog ran across the rainbow bridge on the way to the vet and they still did their best even though it was too late. They let us sit with him in a private room and clipped his fur for us. The wonderful lady listened to all of our stories about him and was so kind. they sent us the most beautiful card and 4 stamps of his nose and his paw prints. I will never forget the kindness and compassion they showed to me and my family. thank you vet now!
Nov 10, 2024 · Liahna BertelsNo compassion at this animal clinic. Family called this place and told them what was going on with our pet, they told us to come in but the wait would be an hour. We arrived two hours before closing and waited at the front desk for someone to check us in. When someone came, they asked us what was going on, we explained that our pet wasn’t eating, she is crying and breathing shallow breaths; the staff then told us they couldn’t take us because it was too late. Why would you even ask what was going on with our pet? And why would you tell us to come in?
Feb 02, 2025 · J “JC” NealMy little chihuahua started having severe diarrhea, but since it was the weekend and I was out of town visiting family, there were no vets open. I rushed him here because it was a better drive than going near the nightmare 6 Mile Cypress and colonial roads in Ft Myers. It was a very nice drive and a very easy quick experience. They gave me diarrhea medicine to help my poor dog. The next day, he was lethargic and dehydrated, rushed him back there again, and they gave him a fluid injection with some butt ointment and anti nausea tablets. Also the price wasn't bad either. I can't thank you all enough! He is back to his old self and no more diarrhea! I am not stressed out anymore!
Jul 15, 2024 · wascy vesperOur best little friend Chewy was struggling to breathe with fluid in his lungs from heart failure, so I brought him in for euthanasia. The vet and staff treated him quickly and kindly and let me hold him as he passed away. They were incredibly sympathetic and gentle and they sent us a sympathy card along with our boy's paw and nose prints. Tears and sniffles all around....Thanks for your thoughtfulness!
