Staff since the moment you call to make your appointment are extremely nice and polite. My dog has never been taken care like this, they were amazing. They really cared about my dog. Highly recommended.

Constantly want to overcharge for services. Last example of this is that I vaccinated my dog in Miami on Feb 3, 2024 and shared this information with them on my last visit. I shared the information of the vet’s office in Miami so they could reach out and get the records. However, they haven’t done it and are requiring that they vaccinate my dog again in order to see her for a nail clipping appointment. Just to be clear, my dog has been seen here in the past multiple times but I live between Cape Coral and Miami so I have to take her to different vets depending on where we are at. But instead of reaching out to the vet in Miami they just want to charge me for vaccines when my dog doesn’t need them yet.

What an amazing place the vet is amazing the staff is amazing my boy loves everyone there they treat my boy with so much love I would not change vets for nothing in the world I drive 1 hr just to bring him to his vet best place ever

I love themmmmm! I have a an English bulldog my Chunky and he had his shots and an eye cherry operation. Everything came out perfect! Thank you to all the sweet receptionist, vets assistant and vet 🙏
