I am literally giving this place a 5 star based on their customer service (phone service). They are so polite and seem to care about your fur babies well being . Every last person I’ve talked to when I’ve called. I would definitely visit this place based on the customer service. I ended up only canceling my appointment due to somewhere where I could see him sooner to be at peace but Thank you all for you excellent care over the phone!!! We need that so much.

I went to the location in Novi and Dr. Kimmitt is beyond amazing. She was able to diagnose my cats rare autoimmune disease and I cannot thank her enough. She has the most kind bedside manner and I am just thankful that someone like her decided to become a vet. Thank you again!

Our dog is had a lot of problems with his right eye. In fact, we found out he could have gone blind in that eye. We are so happy we found this veterinary eye clinic as swiftly as we did. They were able to get our dog into a specialized eye doctor fairly quickly, diagnose the issue and get him on eye drops quickly, where he will continue to see out of his eye. If we had not gotten into them the alternative would have been blindness. We are thankful that we found this clinic. The staff and Doctors are very friendly and helpful. The Veterinarian answers all questions and listens to your concerns. Very happy and grateful for the help.

Horrible business practices. Deposit was taken to even make appointment, and not refundable if need to be adjusted.appointment Wednesday morning, Company not open over the weekend, so when calling first thing Monday to try and adjust appointment, since it was not adjusted within 72 hours (establishment closed on weekend), appointment can not be changed or refund received. Very disheartening and will take my business elsewhere

Dr. Easton was wonderful ❤️ she explained everything so I understood. She didn't push any extra tests or surgery, And gave me the peace of mind I needed about my dogs cataracts. Friendly caring staff and doctor. It's a good feeling knowing my Milo is in good hands.

The staff has been incredibly friendly! Very modern place. Inside the emergency entrance/building. Dr. Kimmit has been wonderful with my Tammy pup and was able to quickly address and diagnose her autoimmune eye condition. Even on maternity leave, she made sure that I knew who to contact and/or how to get Rx refills if I should have needed anything while she was on leave.
