Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because some of the staff are actually really good however there is one of the staff members probably shouldn’t be dealing with animals since she can’t handle them like a person in her line of work should. After being told my dog was reactive towards strangers and kindly informing her not to try and pet him she went ahead and tried to pet him, and jumped off her seat after he tried to nip at her and she almost jumped off her chair. Again she was warned not to try to pet him. Now our other dog (who was seen the same day for shots) is very friendly and playful w humans and the other one although he is a sweetheart when he gets comfortable with someone he is still reactive towards humans due to previous veterinary staff related trauma that we are currently working on. I told this staff member what had happened to him and why he was reactive the way he was and why specifically he hated going to the vet and still she went ahead and manhandled the hell out of my dog. He was supposed to get a rabies shot but instead she gave him a completely different shot that took almost 30 minutes for her to do and the whole time she was just manhandling him. I migth have felt a certain type of way cause he is my dog and I know what he’s been through but I believe if you are working w animals you should know how to treat them properly and not throw a hissy fit cause a small dog tried to nip at you when you tried to touch him after being told not to. After we were done w him we moved on to my second dog for her round of shots. She wasn’t due for rabies AT ALL, she got her rabies shot less than six months prior to this incident, thankfully she is fine but we took a huge step back with my other dog due to this incident. Like I said there is some wonderful people in there, but the red haired soldier that works there shouldn’t be working w animals.

Aug 02, 2023 · Justine YoungI got harassed by my work leadership for jokingly calling my dog a lady boy because he got neutered when I was picking him up. Also prior to getting him neutered, I was talked down to by my vet when I was on the fence about. I only went with it because the health benefits seemed better (something I regret now). I really hate this vet center and hope it goes out of business. I don't understand how this place has 4 stars and how people go here for business.

Due to unforseen circumstances, the flights and even destination country kept changing. The staff did everything they could to see our pets and get all the paperwork sorted out. I can't thank them enough for all they did to get our pets to Europe. Really great service! Really friendly and flexible and so good with the animals. Would recommend. Also, the prices were really affordable.
