The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate, making both my dog and me feel at ease. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the diagnosis and treatment plan, addressing all my questions with patience and expertise. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized. What stood out most was their genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being. My dog received excellent care, and I felt fully informed and involved throughout the process. My dog broke his leg and I was told to locate a surgeon. I was given a list of places to call. After a stressful day calling, many places did not have surgeons available and I would have to wait to make an appointment. I finally found this place called Veterinary Medical Center and that same evening they asked me to come in and the surgery was scheduled for the very next day. The price was reasonable and the staff were very attentive to my dog's needs and my needs. The surgeon spoke to me prior to surgery as well as after surgery. I was given post-op instructions and the entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for your pet's needs. The location was easy accessible as well.

Family business. Very conscientious and friendly environment. Very professional and all staff cares about the animals like their own. Very clean and well kept. Very cautious with prices and are willing to help anyone. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about their animals and health. Yuri and Carol were very nice and professional. Dr Zaya’s was very informative. We had an emergency and they took us in right away. Very grateful for care Charlie got. We left at peace.

Really good customer service. You can notice since the first time you make a step into this place that the veterinarians working there care about your pet, if you've had bad experiences with vets like me before I strongly recommend giving them a chance.
