This is the most amazing place I’ve ever been to! They treated my dog Nolan multiple times and saved his life all of those times! The people that work there are the kindest most down to earth individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. They truly are the best I can’t say enough. We are 20 minutes away my pug was having an anaphylactic reaction and they reacted right away. We called a head of time and they ran all of the tests and acted very fast. I love that we can be with our little guy in the back as they do tests so we can ease his anxiety. I love this place it’s the only place I’ll go to and the only one I trust! Highly recommend!

VEG is amazing. They really take care of your pets. I saw several dogs and cats enter last night and everyone was given the same attention. Staff was friendly and kept the owners updated frequently. My dog, Dash received excellent care from Dr. Diamond and team. I was pleasantly surprised. My dog was in the right hands this time. Tonight he’s feeling much better and is sound asleep. Makes me very happy. Thanks VEG!

We went to VEG (Union) after our dog slipped down the stairs, the team at this Union location provided us exceptional and fast service despite having other animals in their care. Dr. Langhan ran extensive tests on our dog to make sure there was nothing serious and assured us that he was okay and to follow up with our primary vet. Everyone on the team from the front desk receptionist, to the nurses in the back were very friendly and understanding of everyone’s concern for their pet. I highly recommend this location. They can really make you feel comfortable in a scary situation with your pet. Thank you VEG Union team! Leo is grateful for your care.

Dr. Rocha was very kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely informative. If this review were based solely on my experience with her, it would have been 4.5 stars. Unfortunately, a lot happened after she left. My dog needed an ultrasound, which required shaving his belly. The table where they examined dogs was extremely dirty and had dried blood. I started to feel mortified—I was not going to allow my dog to be there without it being cleaned first. Luckily, the girl started to just hold my dog in my arms so she could shave him. She was nice, but she nicked him a couple of times. I was super upset about that—I don’t want my dog hurt. After that, they used the same razor on another dog. I started questioning whether it needed to be sanitized. I was speaking to my spouse about my dog getting nicked when one male worker stated, "Oh yeah, we are not groomers, so that may happen." I was speechless. While waiting for my dog, an older blonde nurse started opening IV tubes and needles on top of that same dirty table. I was horrified when she then used those tubes that had touched the dried blood on a dog staying overnight. I couldn't believe my eyes—that a medical facility was not sanitizing after each dog. After my dog was seen, I got a very vague response and was told that he might need to stay overnight. I immediately refused after what I had witnessed. The doctor on duty told me to wait there and then moved on to another patient. I waited as long as I could, but after being there for a while, I told him I was leaving. I couldn't wait any longer. Overall, the lack of cleanliness really affected my experience. The waiting room furniture is also extremely run-down.

Our dog had torn apart in to pieces (and swallowed) a hard covered book. The nurses and doctors at Veterinary Emergency Group were amazing. They were patient, professional, and thorough. Dr. Kuk took great care of our pup and performed surgery on him. This is our second time here (first for surgery) and it will be the place we always come back to when in need. Highly recommend!
