My dogs can’t stop asking to go here! They love it so much. We’ve had excellent service, and care, during two visits for an ear infection and limping and then a wound repair. We’re accident prone in this house so having an ER we trust is paramount! VEG is changing the way for vet care. Pricing is transparent without any surprises. I got to see my lil dog’s laceration repair and help hold her ear for Dr. Lee during the procedure! So cool! Dr. Phillips went above and beyond in considering my big gross dog’s joint issues. Everyone there is so friendly. It’s a unique place. Not normal, in a good way. Plus, there’s snacks.

Dr. Lee and her entire staff were very kind and caring throughout our 3.5 hr. visit with our beloved sweet Lola! We were really impressed and appreciate how quickly they saw to our dog’s needs and treatment as soon as we walked through the door. The open concept examination area is wonderful to help alleviate our dog’s “white coat” anxiety as we were by her side the entire time.

Thank you so much to the entire staff for taking care of our cat Sonny last night. You can tell this entire team seriously cares about you, and your pet. They were so attentive, caring, and did everything they had to do to make sure they got to the bottom of the issue. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Finney, she was absolutely wonderful, intelligent, and caring.

This was our first experience dealing with any emergency room visit with our pet. We are first time pet owners, and love our cat very much. We were concerned about a blockage and they immediately validated and assisted our needs and concerns. They also helped extremely with us staying at a reasonable amount, which was so much appreciated. This place was wonderful, I felt like they truly cared for us and our kitty. All the staff from night 2/16 into the morning of 2/17 and doctors Vetter and Robyn Lee were both wonderful and gave our baby the best care! He is back home and doing well!

The care and compassion of the team here is unlike any I've experienced. Dr. Lee, Lanie, and Anette genuinely made me and my fur baby, Lola Bea, feel welcome. I was able to stay with my cat the entire time, be a part of the whole care process, and have every step explained along the way. Even after being given our discharge papers, they made sure I felt comfortable knowing I could contact them anytime for more help, I don't feel like the care stopped when I walked out the door. I cannot feel more at ease knowing this location is here. I genuinely appreciate this entire staff, thank you!
