Our family’s experience exceeded our expectations. Within 1 minute of entering the facility, our dog was triaged and well into the much needed care she required in the moment. Dr. Eitzer was extremely patient, caring, and professional. Even in emergency situations, I witnessed her calm and collected. She ensured everyone was comfortable, informed, and supported. I also want to call out nurse Maddie. Her care in making sure animals were cared for and comforted was observed and recognized. Generally, the entire staff was incredible and amazing. Everyone cared. The facility was exceptionally clean. And comfort was provided to all families, including mine. The price of care was definitely not cheap. This is to be expected of emergency care, but it’s definitely shocking in the moment. The doctor walked us through the care plan and gave us necessary options. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I had to take our Teacup yorkie in at 2AM for swallowing a pill we had been looking for, for over 4 hours. He had to be hospitalized for a few days and it might as well had been a 5 star hotel stay. We were allowed to come visit multiple times a day and hold him. The vet techs gave many updates and texted us pictures of him. The techs played him videos to entertain him during his stay and give him alot of attention. The entire staff is incredible and willing to jump into any emergency with you!

Several weeks ago I had to unexpectedly put Luna, my 6yr old, 100lb Golden Doodle, to sleep. To say the least, this is by far the hardest thing I have had to deal with in my life…this dog has been with me almost 24x7 since she was 10 weeks old, going to work with me every day. Not only did she bring a joy to my life, she did to everyone she was around. My friends & family would joke that she was a therapy dog. Not one day of obedience school, this dog had never been on a leash and never left my side. Thank you VEG for making this experience as easy as possible. I can’t express how grateful I am for the entire staff & vets at this location. The thoughtfulness & care at this clinic is something that is not seen in most “human” hospital systems today….from the initial phone call, to the moment we walked in the door, to the moment Luna passed to the other side. Not to mention the paw print cast and card received on the mail. THANK YOU! Brad Bauer

The whole experience exceeded our expectations! We were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in and immediately taken to a little seating area. Even offered drinks and snacks, which we declined, but still. We loved the open format! So much better than being taken into a sterile little room. Everybody on the staff were wonderful and made Milo (and us) feel as comfortable as possible. Doctor Janine was amazing. Very good with Milo and also made us feel included in the decisions. I will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for making us feel well taken care of!

Amazing service! You are taken care of the minute you open the door! We were seen by someone immediately and right after by the doctor! They made our little peach feel comfortable and loved and us calm. The diagnosis for peach was on point and she was doing better within a couple of hours! Highly recommend to come here for any urgent needs your pet may have! Professional with excellent service!
