I cannot say enough praises for VEG! Thank you so much for helping our little Ollie recover!! Our primary vet referred us to VEG due to vomiting and hemorrhagic diarrhea in our dog. We called prior to arriving and spoke directly to a vet. As soon as we entered the door, staff was welcoming and started care right away. The vet was on the floor with our pup within minutes. They were upfront and honest with quotes for treatment - high and low end. They explain the plan thoroughly so we could easily understand. The price was fair for emergency treatment. Our dog ended up hospitalized for 24 hours with pancreatitis. We were given the option to stay with him in a private room, but declined and were told we could visit any time. We visited the next day, his condition was much improved! Later in the night we were able to take him home 馃枻 We really appreciated the calls and texts/photos with updates throughout his hospitalization. We feel like the entire staff was passionate about being there and seemed to be a great, cohesive team! The open concept of the clinic and ability to remain with our dog throughout the experience was unlike other emergency vets. We hope we never have to see you all again, but if we do, this is where we will go for emergency care. We absolutely recommend VEG for any emergency vet care.

Apr 04, 2025 路 Amy EddyHUGE compliments to Dr. Romans, Matt, and Courtney and the team at VEG!! Every staff member showed respect and kindness to my cat and myself. Staff were on top of keeping both of us comfortable and I really appreciated all the opportunities for me to stay with my little guy. We ended up staying most of the night due to a more urgent case coming in first but they were super responsible with their triaging and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. Dr. Romans was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable way. Matt took the time to work with me on my cat鈥檚 treatment plan in a collaborative way and made sure we understood all options and associated costs. The facility was nice and clean, all staff seemed competent in their roles, and I had complete trust in the team. What was a very scary situation for my kitty and I became a reminder of the goodness in people. While I hope to not have to visit again soon, I will absolutely recommend VEG and will plan to visit the group if another emergency ever arises.
Dec 02, 2024 路 Sunny AndersonThey deserve all the 5 stars they have. We came here because the vet we went to the night before had a long wait, and I鈥檓 so happy we came here instead. It was a noticeable difference between how comfortable Bailey was here compared to the other place, even though she was in worse shape than the night before. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and caring. It鈥檚 scary to leave your pet for an overnight hospital stay, but we knew she was in great hands. The next evening we picked up a perky dog with a wagging tail, who we could tell was loved through her whole stay. Thank you so much 馃挌
Mar 28, 2025 路 Audrey WilhelmI would recommend VEG to anyone in a situation where they need emergency care for a pet! I have never needed to take an animal to an Emergency vet before today. The entire process was nerve wracking. However, the team at VEG was extremely helpful and communicated with us through each and every step of the process of providing care to our pet. This really helped alleviate my anxiety with the ordeal. Their help guiding us through a tumultuous experience was uber professional. While feeling worried my partner and I felt completely confident in their guidance and ability to care for our cat. Our cat ended up having to stay over night for monitoring. They offered us to stay with him overnight, we declined, but having the option to stay with him if we wanted to was awesome. Over the length of his stay the Doctors would call us periodically to give us updates on his condition. The updates helped alleviate my anxiety with the situation. Overall we are incredibly grateful for the staff who cared for us during our visit. Could not be happier with our experience
Mar 03, 2025 路 Luke SanchezMy family and I can't thank the staff and doctors at VEG enough. We brought our 4 year old RR in after a very traumatic post-op experience at his home vet clinic. VEG took incredible care of him from the minute we walked in the door, responding to his situation with calmness. They knew exactly how to handle him with expertise and love. We were shocked to hear how well he responded just hours after an intense abdominal surgery. You saved our dog's life and you cared for us in the process. We can't imagine what it's like to work in the environment you do but we are grateful and recognize how vital it is that you exist. THANK YOU, Veterinary Emergency Group. A very special thank you to Dr. Alexandra Thompson, DVM and Dr. Stephanie Kessler, DVM.
