Veterinary Emergency Group

I am so excited to say how incredible this facility is. I was met with great love and care for myself and my feline. I have went to other facilities where my cat was scared and didn’t feel comfortable along with myself. I was so excited to be right by his side through the process of unblocking him. The doctor Amber is so amazing, friendly, and bold at her job. Her staff of nurses worked as a team to support her and to support me and my feline, and when I had to return the next day, I was met with the same care that I received the first time. I want to thank everyone the facility, you guys rock!!!! Continue what you do. I have so much gratitude and love for you guys. May God Continue to bless you all❤️.

This veterinary group is amazing. I'm very pleased with my experience today, where I brought in my cat, Kiko, and the veterinarian was patient and answered all of my questions. I could tell they really care about all pets and want what's best for them! My handsome boy is doing much better 😊

I have never in my life, experienced such amazing care as this veterinary emergency group has provided to my boy. From the time you walk in the door during your stay until the time you leave, you and your pet are the upmost importance to them. I even received a text a week later from the doctor that provided treatment to my dog, asking how he was doing. In addition, they allow you to stay with your pets and provide bedding when available pillows and blankets. They have a little snack area with coffee, water and snacks. They are extremely close and convenient right off the expressway. I have peace of mind, knowing that that they have 24 hours and you can just walk in and they take you immediately into triage or place you with a doctor in extreme emergencies. I have witnessed them perform miracles in front of my face while we were waiting in the emergency room during the time my dog was on seizure watch. I will never take my pets to another emergency location. I hope I never have to begin with, but I will take him there without hesitation as I fully trust the care of my pets in their very trustworthy hands. I am just incomplete awe of the customer service the compassion, and the communication. I can go on and on, but I hope you get the idea if you are ever in an urgent situation and you need emergency care for your pet. You will not be disappointed. Thank you VEG! dr. Sweetwood is the best! The entire staff here is so caring and reassuring, we felt so comfortable taking our cat here and we felt validated. All of the staff here were all so understanding when it came to our budget and they saved our life! There’s no words to express how thankful I am for them and will be recommending them for sure!

My first time experience today was phenomenal. Everything from the time I walked in, triage, and meeting with the friendly doctors. Jackie is outstanding! Let me also mention the added lounge area where you AND your pet can take a mental break with beverages for the humans,and biscuits for your fuzzy friend. They took excellent care of our furry friend Trooper and made sure doctors orders & meds were understood. Just...WOW! Thank you V.E.G! 💓
