Always a scary experience when you have to take your pet to an emergency clinic… But if that happens, and you’ve gotta do it…This is the one you wanna go. A recent situation with a golden retriever that felt it was necessary to eat a ball of yarn had us very worried about Their digestion. As always, everyone from the reception to the check out was so thoughtful and considerate and kind. Bella is very grateful and she promises not to eat any more yarn.

Thank you so much for taking care of our cat, Busch Lite, after she got a hold of my dog's carprofen. I called while on the way after contacting poison control, and the staff immediately guided us in and went over the expected procedures and protocols for her once we were there. After admission, I had called every day around 1am and 1pm to check up on her bloodwork and kidney values, and they always took the time to get back to us on her condition. There was one time they weren't able to discuss when I called due to a critical patient at the time, but called us back once they were able. All of the information on her bloodwork, checks, medications, feeding, etc., were sent to me after discharge, and the care she received was very thorough. I was happy to see she even got comfortable enough to be affectionate with the staff, even in an environment that can be very stressful at times. I brought My kitty Mango in yesterday evening for vomiting and was lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Brie. Truly the best vet care I’ve ever received for my fur baby who is 8.5 years old. She was thorough in her diagnosis, empathetic, sweet, and provided me with a lot of information and a great care plan. The vet tech was also an angel. Such a wonderful team they have there, and I know I can Call on them for any other pet emergencies in the future. Thank you times a million.

Very happy with the accurate diagnosis and quick care. Our dog was so ill and quickly becoming more lethargic, we took him in at midnight and Dr. Tilley knew pretty quickly what could be wrong and how to make things better. He needed hospitalization for 1 day, became better more quickly than expected and sent home on medication we could give. Everyone there was so nice to him and us, it made a traumatic experience so much easier. Thank you!

The entire team at this location is wonderful! Everyone has been friendly and informative during our journey. They took very good care of our sweet Scout while nursing him back to good health. A special shoutout to Kelly! She is the absolute best! Her kindness, compassion and willingness to take my calls and answer my questions (even send pics) while our poor guy was in the hospital overnight for several nights really helped put my heart at ease. I slept better knowing he was in really good hands. Thanks again to an amazing team!
