Ford and Dr Z were both humane and gentle with me regarding my dog’s cancer and internal bleeding diagnosis. They made her transition over to the other side so much easier for me to accept and treat in a hospice setting. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed me in care and consideration for what I was going through with my childhood best friend. We saw them 3 times in 2 weeks exactly. From Bandit’s beginning with this curve ball, to the end. It’s important for me to note I am by no means a rich woman, so visiting and utilizing emergency services so often in a short span was by no means my preferred route but push comes to shove sometimes when you need to do what’s right by your loved ones. Every single time, they were so exceptionally nice to me and fair with pricing and the medical needs of my senior dog. They were so available to us even amid their very busy schedule. The mixed reviews and some downright negative experiences written about this location have made me exercise caution but I can honestly say I trust this vet more than our ‘home’ vet… without any disrespect meant. Also it’s important to remember this building is split practice, meaning there’s two different entities operating out of it depending on the day and hours. I have come to them now 4 times for both of my dogs. They have always been thorough and fair. Thank you ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

Aug 12, 2024 · J. WolfgangWorst experience I have ever had. The situation was was horrific as it was, seeing as I just went through a similar situation with our family's dog days before at a different location and the experience there was amazing. We had to euthanize our family dog and the receptionist with blue and pink hair was the least bit compassionate. Every 5 minutes she would enter the room asking. Are we ready? Are we ready? Here's some chocolate she's going to die anyways. We were completely mortified. Nick was about the only one who was compassionate. He took his time to explain to us the process and checked in on us to make sure we were okay and needed anything told us to take our time. The gentleman who ended up taking our dog was also sweet as well. I did not get a chance to get his name but he asked my daughter if she wanted her blankie back or if she wanted her dog to be cremated with it. Though I know that our dog may not have meant anything to anyone else. Thank you to Nick and the gentleman who took her after she crossed the rainbow bridge for having so much compassion while the receptionist laughed and cackled and nearly pushed us out of the room and told us to get it over with because it would make it easier on us so we didn't have to carry her outside to use the restroom since she no longer had use of her legs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Feb 25, 2025 · Heather GoncalvesI was told by another place that my dog was going to have to endure some serious treatment, pretty much misdiagnosed, & I came here this evening in tears, seeking a second opinion, as well as prepared to spend a lot of money! Ended up not being a serious complication and we left sooo grateful and happy. The vet was wonderful! Staff just as great! Very thorough and caring. You can feel the vibe when you walk in. The place is extremely clean and the prices are phenomenal! Thank you so much for helping me with my Essence! We are doing our praise dance! 🙌🏻💜 God bless this entire practice. 5 ⭐️’s aren’t enough to give! Love, 🫶🏻Amber & Essence 💜
Aug 28, 2024 · Amber AmoreI took my cat in and they took the best care of my baby. I am very happy with my experience. Ford was the absolute best! I am so grateful Lenny was in his care. You can tell he really loves and cares about the animals. He made Lenny feel loved, cared for and safe and I felt it too. All of the staff was great. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Ford for taking the best care of my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of him. If I ever need to bring my babies in, this is the place I will go and recommend. Thank you to everyone.
Dec 09, 2024 · Alivia ColebankIf your pet needs Emergency Veterinary Assistance this is the place to go. Had an Emergency with my pups Gabby. These people are some if not the best professional people I have seen in a veterinarian setting I have ever met. They are understanding and passionate about what they do. They actually work with me on my pets care. Gabby needed surgery for a bone lodged in her stomach. They explained everything and made me fully aware of risk that could happen. At the end of the day let's just say if I need emergency hospital again this is where I'll be going from now on. They do understand that if your on a budget as I was they'll do everything in their power to work with you. Prices are very reasonable and acceptable. If you need to put the trust of your furry family member in a veterinary emergency hospital this is the one. I want to thank the front desk professionals and micheal the nurse, and Amy the Doctor for saving Gabbies life thank you
