I went to put my beloved dog down after she could not stand…she was 13yo. The most important thing was for my girl not to suffer and to be put down as quickly as possible. In a most loving and kind way, Vet emergency care was able to do that for us. The staffs compassion and professionalism was apparent and deeply appreciated.

Dec 07, 2024 · Sue UknesI cannot express how grateful I am for the way my service dog Lea has been cared for at Veterinary Rehab. All the staff there is great and really care about their clients. However, Michael and Leah go above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. Being a veteran with PTSD, my service dog is my anchor. Leah and Michael have been amazing helping me navigate this stressful situation. And best of all, my girl Lea is healing well. If your pet needs emergency care or rehab.... come here!!!!!
Sep 26, 2024 · Melissa CulbrethMy cat stayed overnight for 2 nights and they treated him great! They did a great job and kept me updated the whole time. The doctors were all very friendly and compassionate and the front desk women were all sooooo amazing. They went above and beyond for me and my cat. Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend others here.
Apr 20, 2025 · tatum claytonWorst experience ever! We went to have a new Freestyle Libre put on our dog (she is diabetic) and our regular vet hospital was closed. Veterinarian Abby Lang was insistent that they keep our dog overnight for observation, to the point of being rude when we would not, seemed like a money grab. And when they did apply the new sensor, they used so much glue that our regular veterinarian had a difficult time removing it, this has never happened before when removing one. I would never recommend this place for any type of care for my pet going forward.
Apr 02, 2025 · Cherry NWe used Veterinary Emergency Care when our cat became very sick in the middle of the night. They quickly evaluated and began treating her. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for, they treated her and us with such kindness and dignity. Afterward they sent us a handwritten condolence from all of the staff- we were quite touched by the thoughtfulness of their care. We would recommend them for care of your dear pet. Thank you, VEC, for being so loving with Patches ♥️
