Our Saturn was very nervous when we got there, but once we were taken to a room, the vet assistant read her energy & stayed at a respectable distance. By the time Dr McAnnely came in, her guard was starting to come down. Likewise, she respected & earned Saturn’s trust. We spoke about treatment options & received quotes. We were able to walk her back to the procedure room. Saturn didn’t even realize I had given the leash to the doctor. She walked through the door and didn’t even look back. She returned to our room a very happy aussiedoodle. They were happy to accept our Care Credit card so we could take advantage of 6 months same as cash offer.

I can't recommend Dr. Tokar and her team enough! From beginning to end, they made what could have been a stressful surgery for our dog feel so much easier. The customer service is exceptional, and the open communication made it easy to ask questions throughout the process. They even followed up regularly once we were home to ensure everything was going smoothly, which showed how truly caring they are. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and professional. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this place!

We love VCS and Dr Topker. She understands exactly how to approach our pet, especially when he isn’t feeling great. She also makes a great effort to make sure we understand what is happening with our pet and the best way to make him feel great again. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Went to get my 11 year old Rottweiler put down here in an emergency after she had a seizure. The veterinarian was incredibly rude and not caring, when they asked me to leave so they could put the IV in I asked (clearly distressed) if I was leaving so they could be rough with my dog, the Vet looked at me point blank and asked told me if u didn't Like it I could leave and go somewhere else, for the sake of my suffering dog. I bit my tongue and let them continue. When I entered back into the room, my dog was lying on the floor with blood smeared everywhere, I was then told that since it took so long to get the needle in. I wasn't able to say goodbye, and they had to begin the injections immediately. So my dog spent all but her last few seconds alone, scared, and on the cold floor with strangers around her. Please do not go here. For the sake of the animal you love, run away.

All of the vets have been terrific with my cats. I have 3 senior cats who require monthly visits and they're so helpful with keeping them healthy. I also appreciate that they do not ask for unneeded services. Vet costs are expensive so they only solicit care that is needed for the animals.
