First appointment with new cats I’ve adopted and the staff couldn’t have been friendly, more helpful and a pleasure to work with. They helped to answer any questions I had, make my cats feel comfortable and take necessary precautions to make sure my cats were healthy. Scheduling process & any related follow-ups was easy and convenient.

Was a GREAT experience. I brought in a stray kitten that was found taped shut in a box. Horrendously cruel act but I was reassured of goodness of humanity by the Caring and efficient and helpful and knowledgeable Vet staff this kitten received . They moved up an open spot to see the kitten. I was flying back to Iowa that night. Kitten now is in foster. I just need to get the record of the Dr. notes on Manny’s file for the foster care. Took my cat for a wellness check and am satisfied with the care he received. The doctor and technicians were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to consult. The office staff and systems are well organized. The only room for improvement I could see was at the front door. Having to dig out your phone and call to be buzzed in on a freezing cold day and then trying to get a carrier through a door that has to be held open when your hands are already full was a stressful way to start. But the rest of the experience was what I had hoped for. I would go back.

It is a shame Dr Wellington left. Our pup has been going here for about 3 years. Generally speaking, we’ve had a great experience - the front desk team of Kayla and Daisy along with their vet techs are honestly the only reason we’ve stuck around this long. Ever since their main Dr left, they have had a string of other vets who are clearly not up for the role. They have truly lacked the EQ needed for interacting with animals and their owners. I didn’t catch the name of the last vet we saw, but they knocked coming into our room, setting our pup into a barking fit. They made the decision all too quickly to grab a muzzle (for which he has never needed with any other vet there), and tried pulling him out under my chair when he ran under there frightened. She didnt even look us in the eye coming into the room, and barely said a word - she seemed honestly frightened by our pup. It was just so clear that this vet did not have our pups best interest in heart, that we ran out of there. To Kayla, Daisy, and the various vet techs who have been awesome to interact with over the last few years - thank you for always having our pups safety and health as your top priority. To VCG and the Vets that have come in and out since Dr Wellington left - time to invest in some EQ training. And maybe get someone who will actually stick around to build relationships with your patients and parents.

This location is great. Both my cats received wonderful care from the entire team, the doctor is very knowledgeable and cares about the animals, not just checking boxes. Great suggestions for care as well, and both my cats tummies are doing much better. Having never really dealt with a vet, I’m glad to say my cats are healthy and now up to date with shots. They may not look very happy in the photos but they are happy campers!! Thank you VCG!!
