I do not recommend. I did not like the treatment. Also they sent several txt messages to confirm your appointment, very annoying. My dog had tons of salive from the oral vaccine however no one cares to clean the dogs mouth. Unless I asked. Also some people were able to approach their pets and I was kind handled different by the person giving the shot. My little dog, Lila, was very very scared and they seem no to care about your dog well being only to how much they can sell in vaccines etc … Stay Away !!! Pic of my tiny dog

Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic
Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic, a pet hospital located at 205 Washington St #11, Hudson, MA 01749, USA. Operating within the veterinary care platform, Vetco Vaccination Clinic focuses primarily on providing accessible and affordable vaccination services for pets in the local community. As a specialized type of pet hospital, their aim is to offer a streamlined process for ensuring pets receive their essential immunizations, potentially serving as a convenient alternative or supplement to full-service veterinary practices, especially for routine preventative care.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment and service experience at Vetco Vaccination Clinic appear to be somewhat varied. One reviewer reported a negative experience, citing dissatisfaction with the treatment received and annoyance with the frequency of appointment confirmation text messages. This review also mentioned a lack of proactive care regarding a pet's reaction to an oral vaccine and a perceived difference in handling compared to other pet owners, raising concerns about the clinic's attentiveness to individual pet needs and overall well-being. The reviewer expressed a feeling that the clinic's primary focus might be on selling vaccinations rather than prioritizing the animal's comfort.
In contrast, another recent customer shared a positive experience, highlighting the thoroughness of the check-in staff in reviewing medical paperwork and explaining vaccination options. This reviewer appreciated the flexibility offered regarding booster shots, with no pressure to choose Vetco over their regular veterinarian. They also noted a professional exam by the veterinarian and found the overall process easy. This positive feedback suggests that some pet owners find Vetco Vaccination Clinic to be a great option, particularly for those seeking affordable vaccines or facing difficulties securing timely appointments with their primary vet. This indicates that the clinic may offer a practical solution for routine vaccinations with professional staff.
The primary service offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic, as indicated by its name and the context of the reviews, is the administration of pet vaccinations. This likely includes core vaccines recommended for dogs and cats to protect against common and potentially serious diseases. The clinic may offer a range of vaccine packages or individual shots based on a pet's age, lifestyle, and medical history. The positive review suggests that they also conduct a basic examination before administering vaccines and take the time to explain the available options to pet owners. This pre-vaccination assessment is a crucial aspect of responsible veterinary care to ensure the pet is healthy enough to receive the immunizations. However, the negative review raises concerns about the level of individual attention and proactive care provided during the vaccination process.
A potential feature of Vetco Vaccination Clinic could be its affordability and convenience for routine vaccinations, as suggested by the positive review which mentions it as a good alternative for those seeking affordable vaccines or facing appointment delays at their regular vet. The streamlined focus on vaccinations might allow them to offer competitive pricing for these essential preventative services. The multiple text message reminders, while viewed negatively by one customer, could be intended as a feature to ensure clients do not miss their appointments. However, the varying experiences highlight the importance for the clinic to ensure consistent and attentive care for all pets, regardless of their size or temperament, and to be mindful of client communication preferences.
Currently, the provided reviews do not contain any specific promotional information. Vaccination clinics sometimes offer package deals for a series of shots or discounts during certain periods. Jan 21, 2023 · Alex FlorJust took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet
Aug 10, 2022 · Angelina McCarthyI have been going to Vetco clinics for years in Leominster and never had a problem, today I went to the one in Hudson and because my dogs were barking a lot the technician who took care of me first was so disgusting she first said “where did you get these dogs” and she was so rude about it, then she asked if I took them to the park and I said no so then she told me that I was neglecting my dogs in such a rude tone. Excuse me I love my dogs and take them for walks and they eat Eukanuba such an expensive food they have a yard and a pool for themselves, I know I don’t neglect my pets they are part of my family, that lady should not be working with people she is a complete Karen. I believe she did that because I’m Puertorican and have a tan color. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life, she talked down to me and do not appreciate that.
Jul 09, 2022 · Omayra SantiagoBunch of incompetent employees working here. They did not access my puppies vaccination records correctly and gave her a rabies shot twice even though for the first visit they had us bring her medical records that stated she had the rabies shot and certificate. My wife didn’t know and they claimed they didn’t either which led to giving her the vaccine 2x. Save yourself the time and go to a functional qualified facility that is not a fold out table in the middle of the store located in front of the fish tanks. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Trying to reach out further to their corporate hq on this.
May 07, 2022 · Dina CooperI wasn't heard. I felt pushed. My pet needed 3 vaccines. Not a package. All I wanted was the 3 vaccines & left with 1 and 2 other things that weren't needed.
