I was referred to Vetco by Petco through a coworker, and I haven鈥檛 had an issue until today. My dog has been seen a treated by VETCO for Vaccinations and Flea, Tick, and Heartworm prevention/treatment on multiple other visits. Today for my dogs appointment I was refused service without record of Rabies Vaccination. My dog has been vaccinated for Rabies, but has previously been seen without documentation & during this time, I tried to obtain her records from the veterinary office that did administer her rabies vaccination via email with little luck. I understand policies can change or update but there was no prior prompting for documentation needed & I believe that the standard of quality assurance should be the same across the board. If documentation is required or mandatory, that should be made aware before and by the very first appointment. Also to mention my dog was not even inside the store at this point, and was denied to be seen and treated for medication that she has been given before by this clinic (which I have documentation of via. Email). Severely disappointed my dog was not able to get the treatment she needed for herself today.

Front desk was very helpful in terms of trying to find directions to other clinics (which you don鈥檛 get often due to competitiveness) As well as helping me make an informed decision on vaccinations for my pet! It was really helpful i appreciate you so much 馃檹馃徏
