The staff had a terrible attitude and made me wait for 50 minutes, even though people who arrived later and had later appointments were served before me. While waiting in the store, my dog injured its paw. I alerted the staff, but they took no action to check the floor for safety hazards. I am currently in the emergency room waiting for my dog to get stitches. If you plan to visit this place, be sure to check the floor carefully to avoid similar incidents.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce

Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 1029 US-1, Edison, NJ 08837, USA, operates as a part of the ‘Pet Hospital’ category, primarily offering vaccination services for pets. However, the limited customer reviews available online paint a starkly negative picture of the clinic, focusing on issues such as staff attitude, excessive wait times, and a lack of attention to pet safety and customer service. Potential clients should carefully consider these firsthand accounts before choosing Vetco Vaccination Clinic for their pet care needs.

One reviewer recounted a “horrible experience” at the Edison location. They reported that the staff displayed a “terrible attitude” and subjected them to an unreasonable 50-minute wait, even while other customers who arrived later and had appointments scheduled after theirs were served first. This indicates significant problems with the clinic’s scheduling and patient management, suggesting a lack of respect for clients’ time and potentially chaotic operational procedures.

Adding to the distress of this customer’s experience, their dog sustained an injury to its paw while waiting inside the store. Upon alerting the staff to this incident, the reviewer stated that “they took no action to check the floor for safety hazards.” This lack of response to a potential safety issue within their premises is deeply concerning, as it suggests a disregard for the well-being of the animals in their care and a failure to maintain a safe environment for pets and their owners. The severity of the injury was underscored by the fact that the reviewer was subsequently in the emergency room awaiting stitches for their dog. This incident serves as a serious warning to potential visitors about the possible safety conditions within the clinic.

The reviewer concluded their feedback with a direct caution to others: “If you plan to visit this place, be sure to check the floor carefully to avoid similar incidents.” This strong warning emphasizes the potential risks associated with the clinic environment as perceived by this customer.

Another reviewer echoed the negative sentiment, describing Vetco Vaccination Clinic as “the worse place ever” and specifically criticizing the staff working in the “vet department.” They characterized the service as “horrible” and the staff as “not human at all” and “nasty ladies who works very unhappy.” Such strong and emotional language indicates a deeply unsatisfactory interaction with the clinic’s personnel.

This second reviewer detailed a specific incident where they were allegedly treated “very nasty” simply for arriving 10 minutes late for their appointment. Despite being an “old sick lady living alone and having problems driving,” their request to be seen at the end of the schedule was reportedly ignored. This lack of empathy and flexibility towards a vulnerable client suggests a rigid and uncaring approach to customer service. The reviewer expressed concern for their “poor puppy” who would suffer as a result of not receiving timely care due to this negative interaction, further highlighting the perceived lack of compassion from the clinic staff.

The reviewer ended their feedback with a direct warning to others, urging them to “think about before coming to this place on route 1 south Edison NJ.” This reinforces the serious concerns raised about the quality of service and the treatment of customers at this specific Vetco Vaccination Clinic location.

The address, 1029 US-1, Edison, NJ 08837, USA, identifies the location for local users. The phone numbers, (732) 516-0330 and +1 732-516-0330, are the points of contact for the clinic. However, the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available reviews raises significant questions about the level of service and care that potential clients can expect when contacting or visiting this facility.

Based solely on these two customer reviews, there is no positive information available regarding the environment of the clinic, the range of services offered beyond vaccinations, or any specific features that might be beneficial to pet owners. The focus of the feedback is entirely on negative aspects such as staff attitude, long delays, safety concerns, and poor customer service. Similarly, there is no mention of any promotional offers, discounts, or special programs that Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Edison might provide.

In conclusion, the customer reviews for Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Edison, NJ, paint a very concerning picture. Allegations of rude and uncaring staff, excessive wait times, a lack of attention to pet safety resulting in injury, and rigid, unsympathetic customer service are serious red flags for any pet owner seeking veterinary care. Local users considering this ‘Pet Hospital’ for their pet’s vaccination needs should be aware of these significant negative experiences reported by other customers. It would be prudent to weigh these concerns carefully and potentially seek alternative veterinary care providers in the Edison area that have a more positive track record of patient safety and customer satisfaction.

This is the worse place ever specially the ones who work at the vet department. Horrible service. Not human at all. Nasty ladies who works very unhappy. They treat me very nasty just because I got there 10 minutes late. I asked them to let me at the end and they ignored me. I have been here 3 times already and i am paying cash. Iam an old sick lady living alone and having problems driving here. Now who’s going to suffer. Yes my poor puppy but they doesn’t care. So think about before coming to this place on route 1 south Edison NJ.
