I have been vaccinating my dogs here for over two years now. I often had to wait over thirty minutes for an appointment. This is normal since we are dealing with animals and people. Today I once again came to vaccinate my dogs and was 20 minutes late. When I arrived, I saw that there was not a single person and there was no queue to see the doctor. I went to the guy to register the dog and he told me that the doctor refused to vaccinate my dog because we were late. I was shocked. There are no people, there is no queue, and the doctor doesn’t want to. The doctor told me to make a new appointment. I've been waiting for this appointment for 2 weeks. This is a terrible way to treat people and their pets. I am very upset, I will never go to this clinic again and I will never recommend it to all my friends.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce

For pet owners in Vineland, New Jersey, and the surrounding areas, Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 3849 S Delsea Dr Ste D0002, presents itself as a "Pet Hospital" with a focus on providing vaccination services for pets. They can be contacted at (856) 765-4612 or through their mobile number, +1 856-765-4612. While the name suggests a specialization in vaccinations, as a pet hospital, they may offer other related services as well.

The available customer reviews paint a picture of potentially inconsistent service and issues with transparency regarding appointment policies and pricing. One customer, who had been vaccinating their dogs at this clinic for over two years, shared a negative experience regarding their appointment adherence. They noted that previous wait times for appointments were often longer than thirty minutes, which they considered normal for a veterinary setting. However, on one occasion, despite arriving only twenty minutes late to an empty clinic with no other waiting clients, the veterinarian reportedly refused to vaccinate their dog and insisted on rescheduling, requiring a two-week wait. This experience left the customer feeling "shocked" and "very upset," leading them to vow never to return or recommend the clinic due to what they perceived as poor treatment of both people and their pets.

Another customer review highlighted concerns regarding the pricing and advertising of a "Healthy dog package." They purchased this package for $89.00, which they understood included a booster shot required four weeks later. However, upon returning for the booster, they were allegedly charged an additional $62.00. The customer questioned the lack of clear information, either in paperwork or verbally from staff, about this additional booster fee. They argued that if this charge was indeed factual, it should have been transparently disclosed upfront, making the actual cost of the "Healthy Dog package" $152.00. This experience led the customer to accuse the clinic of "false advertising" due to the unexpected additional charge.

Based on these reviews, the environment at Vetco Vaccination Clinic is not explicitly described in terms of physical space or atmosphere. However, the first review mentions past wait times, suggesting that the clinic can sometimes be busy. The fact that the customer arrived to an empty waiting area on one occasion indicates that the clinic's traffic can vary. The focus on vaccinations might imply a streamlined setup primarily geared towards administering shots, potentially with less emphasis on extensive examination rooms or surgical facilities that might be found in a full-service animal hospital.

The services offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic clearly include vaccinations for dogs, as indicated by both the clinic's name and the customers' experiences. The mention of a "Healthy dog package" suggests that they might offer bundled services related to preventative care, likely including a series of vaccinations and possibly other basic health provisions. The issue with the booster shot implies that they follow vaccination protocols that require follow-up doses. However, the lack of positive comments about a broad range of veterinary services suggests that their primary focus might indeed be on vaccinations rather than comprehensive medical care, surgery, or extensive diagnostics.

Features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, as perceived through the customer reviews, are somewhat mixed. On the one hand, they offer vaccination services, which are a crucial aspect of pet health. The "Healthy dog package" indicates an attempt to provide bundled care at a set price. However, the negative reviews raise concerns about their appointment flexibility and the transparency of their pricing for package deals. The strict adherence to appointment times, even when the clinic is empty, as reported by one customer, could be seen as a rigid policy that may not accommodate unforeseen delays. The alleged lack of clear communication regarding additional booster fees in the "Healthy dog package" is a significant concern regarding their business practices and transparency with customers.

Currently, there is no positive information available regarding specific promotional offers at Vetco Vaccination Clinic. The "Healthy dog package" itself could be considered a form of bundled pricing, but the negative review suggests potential issues with its advertised cost versus the actual charges incurred. Without any further information, it is impossible to comment on other potential promotions, such as discounts for multiple pets, seasonal vaccination specials, or loyalty programs.

In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Vineland, NJ, appears to be a pet hospital primarily focused on providing vaccination services for pets. Customer reviews highlight potential issues with their appointment policies, particularly regarding lateness, and concerns about the transparency of their pricing for bundled vaccination packages like the "Healthy dog package." While they offer essential vaccination services, potential clients should be aware of the reported strict adherence to appointment times and should thoroughly inquire about all included services and potential additional fees when considering any package deals. The lack of positive feedback regarding a broader range of veterinary services suggests that their scope might be limited primarily to vaccinations. Local users considering Vetco Vaccination Clinic for their pet's vaccination needs should weigh these customer experiences and consider clarifying all policies and costs upfront to avoid potential dissatisfaction.

I had taken my rescue dog into the vetco clinic 4 weeks ago where I purchased the Healthy dog package for $89.00. This required me to return in 4 weeks for the booster. Was I supposed to be charged an additional $62.00 for the booster today? Why was there an additional charge when I already purchased the package? What is there a clause in the paperwork or verbalized by staff that there will be an additional $62.00 charge when you return for your booster? This is false advertising if this is factual there should be a clause that states there are additional fees or that reflect the real cost which would be $152.00 for the Healthy Dog package.
