Everything great! Very organized. We did not have to wait. I got contacted via text, did the registration and payment via phone. The doctor who spoke on the phone with me after visiting my puppy was super nice. I would give 5 starts but they told me the appointment was at 215 and I was late while the appointment was at 230 and I had three confirmations showing that. They said they would see the dog because someone canceled and gave me a little bit of an attitude. It's impossible to get confused with the time, as they confirmed via email, text and they even called me on my phone. No big deal but I would have not appreciated having to come back for their mistake in scheduling

Based on recent customer feedback, experiences at Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Glendale appear to be mixed. One customer reported an overall great and organized experience. They appreciated the efficiency of being contacted via text, completing registration and payment over the phone, and found the doctor who spoke with them after their puppy's visit to be super nice. However, this customer noted a discrepancy regarding the appointment time. Despite having three confirmations indicating a 2:30 PM appointment, they were told their appointment was at 2:15 PM and that they were late. While they were still seen due to a cancellation, they received a slight attitude about the perceived lateness. They acknowledged this wasn't a "big deal" but would have been concerned if they had been asked to return due to the clinic's scheduling error.
In contrast, another customer stated that they came to this clinic for a second opinion and were still looking for one, implying their experience did not meet their expectations for a thorough or satisfactory consultation.
A third reviewer expressed feeling "used" at this location. They felt that the staff lacked the human touch one hopes for when their pets are unwell. They described the entire experience as rushed and impersonal.
As a Pet Hospital with a focus on vaccinations, Vetco Vaccination Clinic likely offers a range of vaccination services for different types of pets. The positive aspect highlighted by one reviewer was the organization and efficiency of the process, including text communication, phone registration, and payment. However, other feedback points to potential issues with scheduling accuracy, the thoroughness of consultations (beyond vaccinations), and the level of personal care and empathy from the staff.
Features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, based on the reviews, seem to include an organized system for appointments and payments, as well as potentially nice and informative doctors (at least over the phone). However, potential drawbacks include possible inaccuracies in scheduling, a perceived lack of thoroughness in consultations, and a feeling of impersonal or rushed service with a lack of "human touch" from the staff.
Currently, no promotional information is mentioned in the provided reviews. For any current promotions or specific details about their services beyond vaccinations, it would be best to contact Vetco Vaccination Clinic directly.

Jan 16, 2021 · Laura GodioLet’s put it this way, I came here for a second opinion and I’m still looking for one. I felt used at this location. The staff didn’t have that human touch you hope for when your little ones are hurt. The whole experience was rushed and impersonal
