One reviewer noted a perception that the clinic might try to "up charge" on additional services but clarified that there is no pressure to agree to these, and it is acceptable to decline or consider them further. This indicates that while they primarily focus on vaccinations, they may offer other services as well.
Another customer shared a positive experience regarding the care their pet received during their first vaccination. They felt the staff cared about their pet, who was initially scared but did well, especially with the aid of a peanut butter treat. Nov 25, 2024 · Mary DavisThey seemed to care about our pet and since was his first time he was a little scared but did really well. And was very excited about getting some peanut butter as a treat. My poor baby was crying while getting his shots but was soon calmed down with a bribe. Overall the whole experience was a positive outcome. And he was able to socialize with other dogs which i wouldn't normally allowed as he wasn't yet vaccinated until that point
May 12, 2021 · SANTIA853Vetco does such a wonderful job and their prices are so much better than going to a regular vet. I have been using Vetco for a few years now and have my dogs medical records stored in my phone from Vetco, If I need them.
Mar 01, 2021 · Anita PorcellaRegarding Vetco - make sure to triple check they give your pets the vaccines you ask for. I ended up paying for a vaccine I didn't ask for (thought they administered Canine flu vaccine because that was one I requested, but they gave Leptospirosis $42), and now I have to make an appointment for the right vaccine, which is very inconvenient and also going to cost. I will not be going back to this location. They get some stars though because half of the staff were nice and the vaccinations were fast. Though incorrect.
Feb 12, 2022 · J HThe service was good, but a bit pricey considering rabies vaccine is a lot less than $20, not $40 that I was charged.
