We express one dog doesn’t need rabies multiple times, yet given a package with the rabies without explanation until after we are given the receipt . I attempted to find out more information regarding the records since I was just charged for rabies, not given and not needed . I’m told to talk to a Pet co employee. She has zero idea , directs me back to vet co , and repeat for the next 30mins . We were told by Dakota the general manager of pet co , that usually in cases such as this Vetco offers discount or coupons. Once we asked I was told that was not the case. Circle back around to the rabies issue. I finally was told on the account it states pending and will be a pre paid rabies I can use once my dog is due. Great. I’m told once I pay it’ll be on my email for future reference. I received the email and it states the pre paid is only good for 120 days . I go back in and I’m told oops guess it expires before hand. To find out afterwards that there is a cheaper option without rabies after the fact . So a three hour unorganized wait. With three dogs and my children two which are toddlers. I’m told oops . Zero compensation for waiting HOURS. Given misinformation nonstop, and treated as if I’m the problem for their disorganization? Absolutely ridiculous, attempting to talk to customer service is a losing battle. Just both companies contradicting each other and treating you as an inconvenience. You would think after being a yearly returning customer, spending $500+ a visit, we would be treated better than trash."

Fast and efficient service! We inherited a feral kitten (our first cat) and called Vetco to have him checked out. They were able to get him in right away. The vet was wonderful, and explained all of the necessary treatments and some optional suggestions to care for him- as well as we could. As my son said, he’s now living his best life.

I brought my elderly dog in to get rabies vaccine. She had been sick so it was a couple of months past the due date of her prior 3 year vaccine. The website said to bring evidence of that, which I did, however the young girl insisted on making it only a one year renewal. There is a real problem with over vaccination of our pets and it has become more about money than their well-being. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be back, hence the reason for the poor review. Please stop putting our pets at risk for greed.

Why make an appointment to stand in line for 45 mins before being seen?! Won't be back, ever. I would rather pay more (to go to our vet) for a much more pleasant experience than a discounted rate for a very much discounted experience.
