They may advertise cheap vaccination days, but don’t sign up for them. You will literally be texted the day of and they will cancel your appointment. This is what happened to me. No call just a text saying sorry your appointment was canceled today. I will never be booking with Vetco again for cheap vaccinations.

I brought in my kitten to get all vaccinations needed, I was greeted by individuals who were more preoccupied with their phones and ramblings with minimal interaction. When it was finally our turn they took my kitten to someone else for an age verification. To which they concluded that my kitten was 11 months old and was sick so they could not vaccinate her. I then found another real vet that’s not housed between isles of dog food where they confirmed my kitten is only 5 months old and perfectly healthy and received her first round of vaccinations. The pure fact that we were told she was sick, but didn’t say what she could possibly sick with and we need to go to another location was out of line. I wouldn’t trust this place with any animal on this earth.

My little boy was very nervous as didn't know what was happening. They calmed him and were so kind that he didn't mind the vaccine.
