Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic, your local Pet Hospital situated at 3811 Center St NE, Salem, OR 97301, USA. As a dedicated pet care provider within the broader category of Pet Hospitals, Vetco Vaccination Clinic aims to offer essential services and potentially goods related to the health and well-being of your beloved animals. While specific details about the clinic's environment and a comprehensive list of all services and goods available are best obtained through direct inquiry or by visiting the facility, we can provide an overview based on the available information and general expectations for a vaccination clinic and pet hospital.
In the realm of Pet Hospitals, a clean and comfortable environment is paramount to ensure the well-being of both pets and their owners. Typically, such facilities are designed to be welcoming and stress-free for animals, often incorporating features like calming colors, comfortable waiting areas with separate spaces for different types of animals (e.g., cats and dogs), and well-equipped examination rooms. While specific details about Vetco Vaccination Clinic's ambiance are not provided in the given information, it is reasonable to expect a standard of cleanliness and comfort consistent with the practices of a professional veterinary care provider. Visiting the clinic or checking their website, if available, might offer more insights into their physical environment.
Vetco Vaccination Clinic, as its name suggests, likely specializes in providing essential vaccination services for pets. Vaccinations are a cornerstone of preventive veterinary care, protecting animals from a range of potentially serious and even fatal diseases. These services typically include core vaccinations recommended for most pets, as well as lifestyle-based vaccinations depending on the animal's risk factors. A consultation with the veterinary staff would usually precede any vaccination to assess the pet's individual needs and health status.
Beyond vaccinations, being categorized as a Pet Hospital suggests that Vetco Vaccination Clinic may offer a broader range of services. These could potentially include routine health check-ups, parasite prevention (such as flea, tick, and heartworm medication), microchipping for identification, and basic diagnostic services. It's also possible that they provide or have access to more specialized veterinary care, although the emphasis in the name points towards vaccination services. To gain a complete understanding of the medical services offered, contacting the clinic directly at (503) 385-0600 or +1 503-385-0600 would be the most reliable approach.
One of the customer reviews mentions a positive experience with a groomer at what is referred to as a "Vetco/Petco location." This indicates that grooming services are likely offered at this facility. Pet grooming is an important aspect of pet care, contributing to hygiene, comfort, and overall health. Services can range from basic bathing and brushing to more specialized haircuts and nail trims. The positive feedback regarding the groomer's skill and the pet's comfort level suggests that this is a noteworthy feature of the clinic.
However, it is important to acknowledge a significant concern raised in another customer review regarding the phone customer service. The review describes experiences of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of helpfulness when attempting to contact the clinic via phone for assistance or appointment confirmation. The reviewer also mentions that their text messaging system does not work. This feedback highlights a potential area for improvement in their communication processes. For local users, this suggests that while the veterinary and grooming services themselves may be satisfactory, reaching the clinic by phone might present challenges. It would be advisable to consider alternative methods of contact, such as in-person visits or exploring online communication options if available.
Regarding features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, based on the information, we can infer the following:
- Vaccination Services: Likely a primary focus, offering protection against common pet diseases.
- Grooming Services: At least one skilled groomer is part of the team, providing grooming care that leaves pets happy and comfortable.
- Location: Situated at a physical address in Salem, Oregon, making it accessible to local residents.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. Typically, pet hospitals might offer promotions such as discounts on first-time visits, package deals for vaccinations or preventative care, or seasonal offers. To learn about any current promotions at Vetco Vaccination Clinic, it would be best to inquire directly through their phone number or by visiting their location. Checking online platforms or social media, if they have a presence, might also reveal promotional activities.
In summary, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Salem, Oregon, appears to be a Pet Hospital that offers vaccination services and grooming, with at least one satisfied customer praising the grooming services. However, potential users should be aware of reported issues with phone customer service. For local users seeking a pet hospital for vaccinations and grooming, Vetco Vaccination Clinic is an option to consider, but it would be prudent to manage expectations regarding phone communication and perhaps prioritize in-person inquiries or explore other contact methods. Further investigation into the full range of their services, environment, and current promotions is recommended to make an informed decision about your pet's care.

Feb 10, 2025 · Ray GrantI came in today to get my kitties vaccinated because my regular vet was booked out months. The prices are a bit higher but the convince of being able to schedule so quickly is worth it. I’m so glad this clinic exists, the vet and assistant, and women checking pets in were all above and beyond with their kindness, compassion and friendless. They handled my very anxious kitties with extremely care. 10/10 would highly recommend to everyone.
Mar 04, 2024 · Sky JaniceVisit was timely with the vetco team and advice was very helpful. I have a high anxiety dog and they did a great job of getting him vaccinated, examined and microchipped. They were also very gentle with my other two fur kids. I appreciate it so much and will be coming back next year for our vaccinations and flea protection.
