this place is literally the worst. i took my cat here (who is an emotional support animal) like a year ago. it's suspected now that he has allergies. i have taken him here three times. never again. they gave him an antibiotic shot the first time and that cleared it for a little bit. i had to take him back because it came back. likely because they only gave him one antibiotic, and nothing afterwards once the infection was visibly "gone", and other vets have explained to me that he would need a course of antibiotics (at least one after) to actually clear the infection. the last time i took him back the doctor was really rude and basically said he'd never seen anything like this before and that my cat must be running into things and that im not paying enough attention to him. he literally had moist dermatitis. how has a vet never seen moist dermatitis? we took him when it was getting better, just dry and irritated a little bit. so they gave him no antibiotic or anything and charged me nearly $100 and told me to keep a closer eye on my EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. they said it will get better and go away in a few days and that they don't like to overuse antibiotics. yeah, you like to make pets resistant to antibiotics instead, so you can take more of people's money. he got worse, which is why we had to take him to the emergency vet, by the way! because vetco "couldn't fit us in" and it was beginning to impact my cat's eye, so i couldnt wait any longer. they will never reply to your phone calls. i wanted a refund for their horrible "care" (literally looking at my cat), and they called me back once and got disconnected months ago and have never called me again. ive called repeatedly to no avail. receptionist defended dr. clark and told me how they don't like to overuse antibiotics when a cat looks "fine" (he did not look fine- the area was hairless and dry). i have requested my receipts to file with insurance to at least get some of my money back, and they still haven't sent them to me. NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

Apr 22, 2025 · Venus WiseThe nurses and the doctors are fantastic. They made me feel comfortable choosing them to have my cats spay done. A little pricey I feel but it's worth it for my cats health. I will definitely be back
Mar 26, 2025 · SteveDr.Clark is amazing, but Dr.Stanek is rude, judgmental and has no bedside manner. She is not flexible and canceled our simperica trio order because we didn't order separate boxes per dog (same weight for all but one) in the same breath insists they start their meds immediately. The audacity is unprofessional. She needs to be removed from this location. I refuse to work with her and do not trust her jusgement. So frustrating.....
May 12, 2025 · Holly WarnickBe prepared to wait because they are usually busy. Dr.Clark was very helpful and non-judgemental with my puppy who was critically ill yesterday and educated me on options and made suggestions. Thankfully I was able to get her in to my regular vet and they provided some potentially life saving care and I can report that we are back on track and on the road to recovery and weight gain. Thanks again!
Jan 22, 2025 · Taylor FoxWe had two of our friends in today and the staff was friendly and was able to work with our timeline. The doctors gave us very good information about taking care of our dog and cat. They are about 30 minutes away, but it was worth the time for the care we received. Yes they take care credit for anyone looking!
