Dr. Dillon and assistant Emily were great! We did the puppy vaccine package and it was very simple and easy appointments. Both of them were so friendly and caring to our puppy! Bianca is always so helpful and friendly welcoming us when checking us in!

We brought our sick cat to Petco for an urgent appointment, only to be turned away because we were 10 minutes late on very snowy day. Instead of prioritizing the health of an obviously ill animal, the staff coldly told us to “go someplace else.” This place clearly does not care about animals, just their rigid scheduling. If you’re looking for compassionate care for your pets, do yourself a favor and take them elsewhere. The attitude at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional—exactly what you don’t want when your pet is in distress. Avoid this place at all costs!
Feb 15, 2025 · Alena BaranovPretty poor experience as a first time dog owner on the first visit. We took our 9 week old puppy in to get him a first round of vaccines. When shown the room, we were told the package we wanted was not available at this location, even though online it clearly started this location as one we could schedule this at. We were assured "this isn't your fault, this isn't our fault". We stayed and got our exam on him, and the doctor was less than inviting and knew the situating clearly as we were frustrated customers, and she certainly matched our vibe throughout the visit and rushed to get on to her next client. We did go to vetco in Broomfield and got our pup his initial vax/services, and had a delightful and over the top customer experience with their team, but I highly suggest not going to this location unless you wanna leave with a headache.

Feb 18, 2025 · Christy HubbardI’ve had a terrible experience at this vet now that my dog is actually sick. The vet told me she was sick but couldn’t explain anything to me so I played a game of 20 questions while I’m upset crying. Obviously, I didn’t think to ask the right questions, but she didn’t explain anything to me about her condition. Just told me what her diagnosis was. She sent me home with medication and after a month the medication I don’t believe is working at all. My dog is sitting at home shaking all day and they keep telling me to come back and pay for another exam and more services when they’ve already seen her within the last month and a half. If your dog is actually sick, don’t go here.
