From start to finish, every single staff member was amazingly kind and so calming. The vet spoke in such a calm and reassuring way, even my cat was a little less nervous than he typically is! THANK YOU SO MUCH to this team. Y’all make so much more difference than you probably realize.

I have been calling for months to obtain a prescription, but each time, I am informed, "I will have a 48-hour call-back request for you," and I never receive a follow-up. I contacted other local Vetco locations to see if I could be sent the prescription from there, but was told this was not possible. They reached out to this Vetco on my behalf, yet I still received no follow-up. My visit was satisfactory in diagnosing my cat's issue, but problems arose when it came to the prescription. I called customer service today regarding this situation, but one representative hung up on me. Additionally, I found the customer service team unable to provide basic courtesy or update my address. This led to extensive research into Vetco, revealing disappointing findings about the company's overall service quality. The lack of communication and customer service is highly frustrating, especially given the significant expense involved. I feel fortunate that my pet does not have a severe condition, but I would not recommend anyone receive service from Vetco without caution. **Update:** My prescription was finally sent, but this Vetco scheduled an absolute last minute appointment with me without consulting me first. Quite the unbelievable experience.

April and the doctors here were amazing with my dogs surgery! Some unforeseen circumstances occurred at another location for my dogs surgery but they were generous enough to open up a slot for my dog in the same week. As well, April went above and beyond by not only getting us in but coming in on her day off to assist with the surgery. An amazing team that took great care of my dog!

My cat can be a bit temperamental at the vet and the entire staff handled him with such love and understanding! Dr. Nunez and Brittani were great with him during his pre-op appointment and his dental cleaning. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I called a prescription on a Tuesday morning at 9 AM, they said they hadn't received the pharmacies note, I called again Wednesday at 5 PM. Mind you the pharmacy had already closed and would not have gotten my medication's mailed out until Thursday morning. my dog was in pain. Her appointment was on Monday and I have to wait now 3 extra days because the pharmacy is closed and now I have to wait over the weekend and not get the prescription until Monday or whenever the post office delivers it, and Petco never informed them to give an OK for my prescription, even though I text them back a half an hour later, which was Tuesday morning ,very disappointed in the turnaround time from the time I had to notify them and they finally sent my prescription out two days late and the pharmacy is closed so I have to wait to get my pets medication that should've been here on Friday until at least Monday, possibly Tuesday..
