Everyone was very helpful and kind. They were so good with my little dog. The price was also manageable with my budget. I won't be going to any other Vet. Thank you Faith and Daisy ❣️

Mar 04, 2025 · L GillTook my running nose cat to there. Was my first time to this clinic, they all so friendly and helpful, they took good care of my cat, also the price is reasonable. The office visit is$47.50 if you don't have thrive plus membership. Overall, it's a really nice experience.
Jan 15, 2022 · Paulina313I have a pretty difficult cat and was nervous about bringing him in because our last vet visit wasn’t good. If Dillen smiles other animals he is instantly upset. The rooms and back are very clean and no other animal smells which helped a lot. The staff and Dr. Warner were very attentive to Dillens needs and worked so good with him. I really appreciated letting me go in the back with him to get him comfortable for his lab work which was pretty difficult but they got the job done also before his procedure which helped a lot. He is a momma cat for sure. They also got him in very quickly for his surgery so now my bugger is healing and doing better. Then to top it off they sent us home with a beautiful paper bag with his medications decorated with his name way to cute. Great experience and prices are good.
Mar 10, 2018 · Jess DawnI have been waiting until I could write objectively because I was extremely unhappy with the service received. I made a same day appointment on 9/30/24 for my dog (Rue) because she wasn't feeling well. In the exam room, I told the tech all of my concerns including not eating, lethargy, appearance of being in pain, and while in the room, I noticed an excessive amount of hair coming off of her (different than shedding, able to easily pull clumps). Rue was taken to the back for Dr. B. Kim to examine her. Upon exam, she was found to have a fever. They wanted to give her subcutaneous fluids per Dr. Kim "because it was cheaper and quicker since they were about to close" and ran a senior blood panel, urinalysis, and fecal test. She gave Rue anti-nausea medicication, anti inflammatory, anti-nausea pills for home use , and prescription for bland diet (total $518). I was told to come back the next day for more hydration and to check her temp if she still wasn't eating (add additional exam fee because she would be seen by a different doctor). The next day Rue really seemed to be hurting, and I thought I would give her a brushing while she laid down. I barely touched her and she flinched with pain. I looked at her skin under her coat, and it was red with inflammation, scabs, and weeping blood/ fluid. I took her to a different clinic where she was treated her for a skin infection and the new vet will review the labs for underlying cause. Her Vetco medical record showed where Dr. Kim performed an exam and under OBJECTIVE FINDINGS, meaning she verified with her own senses, that Rue's skin was normal. I don't know if the tech did not communicate the concern about the hair, regardless, when an exam is performed, the doctor should be verifying with her own senses what is normal and what is not and documenting what she observed. Had a thorough exam been conducted, she would've seen the redness and how Rue flinches when that area of her neck and back are touched and how the hair seems to stand on end and easily fall out. I took my dog elsewhere on 10-1-24 where she was treated for a skin infection and awaiting test results taken the day prior. Vetco, do not take sick pet appointments at the end of the day if your vets cannot take the time to be thorough. I would not recommend anyone to bring their pet here for anything beyond vaccines or routine testing. Go somewhere the vet will include you in the discussion and ask you questions while performing the exam instead of bombarding you with info after they've come up with a plan of care then rush to move on.
