Staff is really nice and hardworking, even the receptionist/ intake nurse. My cat had vomited all over herself in the car ride over and when I told them they immediately brought her back to the room to get her weight and get her cleaned up and her carrier too. My cat is usually extremely stressed out at the vet and tries to run and hide but this time they petted her and scratched behind the ears nonstop until she was comfortable and she was able to feel safe enough to stay up on the table on her own. They helped me lower the bill too when I told them I was struggling at the moment, and let me know if any of the charges/ medications were not vital or could be found elsewhere for cheaper. This was a huge relief to me because I was under a lot of stress the whole time from the situation my cat was in as well as everything else thats putting me in a pressure cooker right now, especially financially. Overall it was a great experience under the circumstances and it was my first time there.

Thank you Dr. Foster for being so accommodating (to us) and nice (to Tortellini and Bonita) - they weren’t stressed at all. Thank you also to the vet tech (sorry we didnt get your name - long hair with glasses) for handling our cats with care and putting us at ease.

We came in for our annual booster shots and while there got our cat's nails trimmed as well. The staff at our local Vetco are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our cat came out not stressed at all.

Mira Mesa handled me and my dog (a difficult client) graciously. I am looking after my older parents' dog, who was never properly socialized, so I can't exactly fix her behavior overnight, nor can I neglect her vet appointments. So I'm in a bit of a bind, having to take a reactive dog to a very public place. Nevertheless, the employees tried to do what they could to separate us from other dogs. I was recommended teeth cleaning. Had no problem booking a consult and a follow up appointment, and I was always shown the estimate before I signed anything. It would be nice if my pet's vax information was always up to date, but! hot tip for the people leaving reviews: the individual practices aren't responsible for that.. So be nice lol. As long as they have you on file AT the location, it gets easier. I think the vet department here is doing very well.

Service was so quick, efficient, and thoughtful. They had a super easy scheduling process online. I think i was in and out of there in 30-40 min, only took longer because my new kitten had some issues. I will be back again soon!
