I absolutely love their staff. They took such good care of Ziggy and they showed him so much love in a time of distress for both of us. Surgery went well and when the bandages came off the next day I called them up and they saw me the same day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of him.

My 4th visit in 6 months, and this time was actually pretty bad. I didn't get to see the Vet. The intake tech, who by her own admission was moonlighting from her regular job as an Angell ER nurse in Waltham, refused x-rays and tried to send me to the 3x expensive Angell ER. It seemed to me she was trying to push business to Angell ER and get business for her friends at the ER. When I asked to see the actual Vet, she said she "already had spoken to them and they agreed," refusing my request. Finally, when she tried to upsell CareCredit at Angell, she said "if you haven't used it before, they will work with you no matter the circumstances - but don't tell them I said that." Needless to say, neither this Vetco nor Angell is going to get my business. I thought I was going to Vetco but turns out I was going to an Angell ER referral service.

Wow I wish I had researched this place before I went. I called last minute for an appointment because my cat has been having anal gland issues. The first consult was free with the coupon which was great. Everything was okay until the Vet went to express my cats anal glands and was EXTREMELY rough. I have never seen my cat scream and hiss like she did. Not even when she had a whole infection going on. Later they just gave me anti inflammatory for 3 days with no other instructions. 1 day later I see a huge hematoma on my cat. She’s in so much pain she’s barely eating or using the liter box. Now I’m might have to go to another vet or emergency care. And they won’t even answer my call.

What a disgrace! I wouldn’t want these people caring for a rock! I went with a free visit coupon because my pup is having mouth pain. They are not her regular vet, but I’m considering a second opinion for her ongoing issues. So yesterday while waiting there was a dog who was getting bit by another dog in the lobby and there was not a single employee who could diffuse the situation or even try! I helped as much as possible. So after that they examined my dog and did an ear treatment on her. The tech said the doctor examined her mouth and found nothing. Then the doctor said that my pup was muzzled so she didn’t see the mouth! We were there for mouth pain! So over $$130 even though the tech said $40 plus meds yes over $130 when I had a free visit coupon and they didn’t address the problem now I’m going to have to pay another $100 so she can go to an actual vet! Like I said, DISGRACEFUL Can I also add, they offered me vaccines and tests that my dog was already up to date with. I gave the copies of her records and they still tried to sell me everything! I also contacted the manager about all of this and her only response was I signed the papers. When I asked for someone higher up, she just said that I need to call corporate. I asked for a number and she said she has customers so I’d have to find it then legit hung up in my face
