I had such a good visit today with Dr. Briggs and the whole team at VETCO. This was my first time visiting, and I feel much better navigating care for my new Doberman. The whole team was great and provided me with resources and information. They really show they care, and even told me to keep them updated with how he is doing. I would be happy to take any of my pets here in the future. Thank you Dr. Briggs and the whole team at the Mission Gorge San Diego location :)

We went in for an anal gland extraction for my dog and upon arrival, Amanda at the front desk was already busy with a customer explaining to her about vital care. She greeted us and let us know she will be right with us. I appreciate her not rushing the customer she was with even though that customer had a million questions. More people show up to their appointments and she got us checked in and went back to tending to that customer. I appreciate her making sure we were all taken care of and not rushed. Dr Biggs was kind to my dog as well. Very happy with my experience.

I had an appointment at the clinic on November 6th at 5 pm, but when I arrived, I found it closed with a sign indicating it would remain shut on November 7th. Unfortunately, I hadn't received any prior notification or update about the early closure. I waited for the mobile clinic to open at 6 pm and stood outside for an hour. Upon entering, I was surprised to see six staff members idle in an empty clinic. Despite my request, they refused to see my dog due to a supposedly full appointment schedule. This frustrating experience underscores why many people opt to take their pets to veterinarians in Mexico for timely and straightforward care, like vaccinations. My dog's allergic reaction forced me to seek help elsewhere. To anyone considering this clinic, I advise: if you can afford it, save yourself the hassle. This clinic's disorganization and lack of preparation are disappointing. 👎👎

Everyone at this clinic is so caring and kind, from the front desk to the vet techs and the vets. My pup woke up sick, and they were able to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment when they opened, even though they were fully booked. My pup is also very skittish at the vet, and they were so patient and gentle with her. Now my little baby is finally on the mend. I’m so grateful for their compassion and support.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I’m so grateful to have found Petco’s Vet Hospital in Mission Gorge. Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere, where you can easily gain trust and confidence. Dr. Cameron Biggs and staff. He is incredibly caring and truly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to make sure Rollo is comfortable and explains everything thoroughly, giving me confidence that my dog is getting the best care possible. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and place.
